I stopped at this location while traveling on December 6, 1925, at about 5:30 pm. I ordered a Double Whopper meal with cheese, bacon, no pickles, extra onions, and extra mayo. What I got was a Double Whopper with cheese, no bacon, with pickles, no onions, and half a cup of mayo. The burger was totally unfit for consumption. This is not the first time I've had an order wrong or something missing. This was malicious, there is no way anyone in their right mind would put that much mayo on a Burger. Someone needs to be reprimanded or fired. I will never eat at any BK because of this attempt to poison me. I'm too far away to drive to the BK location and speak to the manager. I hope I don't get sick. I would like my money back. Shame on you, BK, for having this despicable person preparing food for the public.

I had the pleasure of being helped by Tammy Evans at the Burger King in Staunton, Virginia, and I have to say-she was eXceptional. Her customer service skills were absolutely phenomenal. Tammy greeted me with a warm smile, took the time to make sure everything was just right, and went above and beyond to make my visit a great one. It's rare to see someone take that much pride in their work, and it truly made my day. Burger King is lucky to have her! I hope she is recognized for her friendly attitude and excellent personality because it is rare to find this in the fast food industry nowadays.

Food was good. At least 6 stained ceiling tiles in dining room area. Dust on light fixtures above tables and cobwebs. Little bit of wait to get food. My fries weren't very warm but hubs were fresh and hot. I got chicken sandwich and hubs got whopper. Seemed to be rather chaotic for drive thru. We ate in dining room and guy had gotten wrong order in drive thru so had come in to get his order.

I picked up a Whopper at the drive-thru window on Whopper Wednesday. I was happy to see that the burger was decent size again and for $3,99 is a good value but I wouldn't want to pay 7 or 8 bucks for it. It tasted great and the personnel was very friendly

Ordered a plain burger with no cheese. I can't have cheese. Lactose intolerant. What do they do? Put cheese on the burger. Can't even eat my burger now.

My favorite Burger King of Staunton, my boyfriend and I come in all the time and one of the employees knows us well enough she already knows what order is ours. It genuinely makes me feel right at home to have a local restaurant with such sweet staff.

We ordered bacon, egg, and cheese Croissants. The Croissants were delicious. But something was very wrong with the potato bites. I could taste the oil and it tasted nasty! I think it must have been old.
