AWESOME! Terrific experience at Charlotte's Kitchenette with fresh & flavorful food and very good portion sizes. I reached out via Facebook to confirm hours and got a timely reply as I was excited to try the kitchenette which did not disappoint. Went there on a Thursday and ordered Ms. Pat's 2 Pork Chop dinner (mac as side) and Wings with Bourbon BBQ. Placed order at take out window and waited in my car as the order was freshly prepared. In a timely manner, Charlotte brought the delicious meal to my car along with a smile! My husband and I shared the order and still had leftovers for lunch the next day. Pork chops were nicely prepared with good seasoning, mac and cheese...YUM and the wings were excellent with perfect amount of flavorful sauce. Highly recommend!

First off, this is not our first time eating here. Its always delicious. Tonight on my way home from picking up our dinner, my phone rang. It was someone from Charlottes Kichenette calling to let me know they accidentally got our order wrong. They not only offered to refund our meal, but also offered to bring the correct order to our house. Name one other restaurant that would call you to tell you they messed up before you could even get hone with your meal. Name one other restaurant (that doesn't deliver)that would offer to bring the correct order to your front door. You can't, because that kinda of customer service is almost unheard of in the restaurant business. Thanks to the staff and owners for the amazing food and service that not only aims to please the customers...but surprises you by the lengths they are willing to go to do so. Kudos guys and gals!

I've had trouble finding great wings in the area. The best sauces never went with the best wings. Charlottes has solved that issue! I got the Flaming Fire wings and fries and they were fantastic! Great flavor and heat. I called in the order and the estimated time to ready was spot on. The people working there were warm and friendly. I'll be going back very soon.

Oh my gosh! This place is SOOO good . Ordered a soul food burrito with yams instead of collards , then was heart broken when I was told no yams . BUT she had a little bit left that she gave me & it made my day!!! 😂☺️ I will for sure be back . 10\10 ! And the baked beans are to die for ! 🤤 boy friend got fish ,collards & mac and cheese and also said that it was top tier ! GREAT choice in staunton.

I was skeptical. Real southern soul in Staunton? I was wrong. Ms. Charlotte brings the right methods and southern SOUL flare cooking. Haven’t had whiting THIS GOOD, made that way, outside of the gulf coast. Spot on wings and the sauces are totally unique. Great collards and yams too! Very friendly. Priced right. Looking forward to see if she does a seasonal menu. Will go back again.

Well I've been meaning to give this place a review. I have been here three times in the last month or so. Recently I brought my brother and aunt to experience this amazing food and owner. I have tried the Cheese steak, chicken fingers and wings. All are outstanding. I've tried all the sides as well. Again outstanding. I think maybe the baked beans or collards are my favorite. The wings are best in the area. The hot sauce is so good. For once we have some heat but full of flavor. My brother has asked me to find a good wing place and he agrees the best around. My aunt who lives in OK fell in love with the food. If you are in the area I highly recommend trying it out. They have a couple picnic tables to eat at. I am sure she will have huge success and be able to expand one day. Also Charlotte the owner is such an amazing person. God has blessed her with so many talents. I just think she is amazing.
