Just tried Charlotte’s Kitchenette and wow…this place is IT. 🔥
I had Ms. Pat's pork chop and it was insane...crispy, juicy, and seasoned perfectly. My husband said he hasn’t seen a chop like that since he visited St. Louis. The collard greens? I haven’t touched those since I was a kid (because yuck), but THESE? Life changing.😂

Had noticed the sign and been wanting to try. Had the tenders, greens and mac and cheese. Everything was absolutely delicious!!!! Recommended to some friends and they enjoyed it as well!! I will be returning!!!
After a disappointing first try a couple months ago, I ordered the fried gizzards and once again the collard greens, this time hoping the greens haven’t been over salted. Result? MAGNIFICENT!! They listened to my prior feedback on the greens and made good. They were awesome. The gizzards were the best I’ve had in memory. Kudos to CK for listening to the customer and producing exceptional food. (Hint: The hot sauce went well with both the gizzards and greens for a kick).
