I made a mistake with my mobile order and had to speak with a manager to get it solved.
He was so friendly about it and helped resolve my issue with ease. He even gave me a free cookie as he could tell I was having a rough day.

Chick-fil-A is my favorite restaurant by far! I absolutely love their food! The only problem is the service from the Staunton location.
We have never gone to the drive thru and gotten our order correct. I'm talking 15 plus times since moving here. Last week we ordered our dinner plus an extra sandwich for our lunch the next day. Those extra sandwiches were just the chicken patties, cheese, and lettuce ~ no nun whatsoever! I took my patty back after work requesting the bun and was treated pretty badly by the girl at the window.
Last night our order was incorrect again so we circled back to have it corrected. When we got home we found that one chicken patty was regular and one spicy. Neither of us like the spicy patties and we had asked for regular.
It's just frustrating. Our meals are costing close to $50 because we always order lunch for the next day at work. From a place that once was dead on always with orders to now go to being wrong each time ~ I just hate it. I still want to order from here but my fiance now refuses. He said we'll drive to Waynesboro instead, as he now will not return to the Staunton location.
What happened here? Why has the service become anything but service?

Went to this chick-fil-a to get a door dash that was placed before 8pm and the lady who spoke to us was disrespectful and refused to make the food that was placed before 8pm and told us to deal with it.

Our current experience at this location has been horrible 4 times our order was not correct. We ordered regular Sandwiches and they had no Buns i specifically said all she wanted on her sandwich was Pepper jack cheese and lettuce. I did not say no Buns my fiancee was so pissed she brought the bag of food back after work the young lady who she talked to was very rude. I thought they took pride in customer service not at this location 😡

Chik filas always have a holier than thou vibe, but cashier taking my order was clueless so a younger girl, assuming manager stepped up and took my order. We really hiring people who cant take a simple order in a restaurant closed over 50 days a year? Take a page brother.
