The lady here serving the food acts like she owns the food and takes it with her after work. Lmfao just wow. Lady please serve 4ounce not 1 ounce of meat. The food is to sell not for you to keep or take it home. Look I know chipotle hire you because they have no other choice and it’s all about profit over people I get it I have multiple businesses myself but my employees follow directions maybe you should too. 4 ounce remember not 1 ounce.
This wasvour first visit to Chipotle. Customers in line were very helpful helping us navigate the menu. The food tasted very good but I thought it was not very hot. The rice and meat and cheese were barely warm. We ordered the larger bowl and decided we should have ordered the regular size. What we ordered was somewhat pricey. The server was polite but I felt rushed thru the line being my first time there. The counter we sat had not been cleaned and the bathrooms could use some attention. I will go again but will be more aware of what to order.

Never on time. My food should be ready by the timed window not making it when I get there and have to wait the extra time for them to make it.

My honest and true review: The staunton Chipotle is consistently horrible, the steak is ALWAYS undercooked, they use way too much fillers (rice, beans, etc). I stopped going there months and months ago along with everyone I know pretty much. Waynesboro's Chipotle is much better quality
Very little steak I asked for more there is an up charge of 5ish dollars. You don’t get much of a serving size especially as I don’t get beans or rice. The onion pepper mixture & sour cream was almost empty. This one was not as generous in portions as all the others I have eaten at. I kinda felt it was the lady serving especially wanting to up charge after she gave me maybe 8 pcs of steak.

Eat here at the Staunton location if you want a SHARP JAGGED HARD FOREIGN OBJECT embedded in your chicken that could send you to the hospital!!! It was not visible- it was embedded into the meat chunk that is impossible to see until after taking a bite when I got home with the food. It appeared to be a hard plastic piece that was sharp on the edges- no, definitely was not chicken cartilage or anything like that. I pulled it apart after spitting it out. I tried to contact them to get a refund since I didn’t feel safe to finish my food (I’d only taken ONE BITE and this happened and spit it out) but they do not even reply on the app contact chat- it simply says “thanks for your feedback” from an automated thing when you select “order issues”/type into the comment box (does not let you get a live person) and doesn’t acknowledge what kind of feedback this is or give any refund. I tried to CALL the Staunton store and you literally cannot get through on the phone to talk to a manager. This is not a “my food was cold” situation- this is a “I could’ve pierced my esophagus and been in emergency surgery had I not spit that out or chewed thoroughly enough” situation but they do not care. They make it impossible to get help. Maybe if they get a lawsuit from someone eventually then they’ll start to care. Prior to this, my order was missing part of it- which I noticed upon pickup and turned around to tell them this. Their reply was “we’re out of that”- if you’re out of something (that I paid for), then either don’t offer it on the app for ordering and block that item; or if it was already offered/ordered, then tell the customer that and offer a refund or alternate items. Don’t hand the order over without saying anything at all letting them go on their way and make the customer have to say more to ask for something else in place of it (if I hadn’t opened the bag, I wouldn’t have known til I got home). Unfortunately this is the second time I’ve had this exact thing happen- the prior time was the literal prior time I went a few months ago, so this is twice in a row. In addition we’ve had other issues between the Staunton and Waynesboro locations anytime we’ve bothered to give them another chance. We do not go there often (only for to go pickup)- once every couple months and it seems like there’s always something wrong and lazy employees- missing items, wrong items, plastic piece this time in the chicken, cold food, etc So I am done with Chipotle after this- forever. The app has been deleted.
Perfect!

Traveling through the area. Decided to stop at Chipotle for a late dinner. It was obvious that the staff was cleaning up to close. Some of the items you expected were not available, Chipotle is overpriced and not all that good.

Basically a bowl full of rice with a little meat and lots of things you can add onto your rice. Staff was fine but the tables were dirty.

Terrible service. I asked the server to add more meat since he’d only added one pinch. He said no. I asked why at checkout and they didn’t check and said that was the portion. I said it was way under portioned and the 2nd person still didn’t check. They charged me and sent me off instead of correcting the issue. Proof is in the picture. One ounce of fatty carnitas. So less than an ounce of meat. No wonder this location sucks. I will update once the food poisoning sets in.

Seriously, the new brisket is amazing! They need to keep it on the menu. It has a sweet flavor to it that blends well with the tomatillo medium salsa. I didn't care much for the chicken al pastor, but the brisket is a winner!

The restaurant was dirty, and labels peeling off of drink machines. The staff are not friendly. Tables were not wiped off so we left and ate in the car.

Bare with me
Tonight I came in, ordered a bowl for dine in. I order my bowl, as I get to the cheese the girl working the line (at 6pm tonight) told me that they were out of cheese. I told her I wouldn’t have even had her make the bowl had I of known. I then asked her if there was cheese on the other side (where mobile orders are made) she said yes, but she couldn’t give it to me bc that’s all they “have left for the rest of the night so it has to last the next 3 hours.” Instead of just apologizing and saying that it was for mobile orders only. I still went ahead and paid for my bowl (without cheese) , bc she had already spent time making it and I wasn’t going to be a complete ass about it. Mind you, she didn’t make it aware to me before ordering that it was unavailable and then proceeded to argue with me saying “I didn’t think not having cheese was a big deal.” Which in turn only upset me more. As she cashed me out, she didn’t put my bowl on an actual dine in tray, or ask if I wanted a drink, chips, etc. which I would’ve bought both, had the customer service of actually been decent, but I decided to spend those couple extra dollars somewhere where it was appreciated.
Not having any cheese, isn’t that big of a big deal. What’s a big deal is having an attitude with your customer because you failed to let them know what was unavailable and then being shitty towards the customer because they’re upset because you failed to let them know and then proceed to give terrible customer service, instead of simply apologizing or even accommodating the customer.
Not leaving this review for any other reason aside from hoping that this can be a teaching moment.

The only chipotle I’ve ever been to where the food is not only not warm, but literally ice cold. I don’t know if the hot line was broken or not but all of that protein was cold to the touch like it was served refrigerated. The iced tea constantly spilled in the silverware bins and napkin trays is a nice touch.
An employee asked who I assumed was his supervisor for help in the form of “you might wanna throw some gloves on” during a rush and the supervisor responded with “for what” and proceeded to not help in any way.
You know how every town small town or county that has 2 of something, one is always good and one is always bad. This is the bad one.
