When are they getting a new owner/management? The last time I visited (4 months or more) I went for brunch. Ordered a cream cheese bagel and a mimosa…. 5 mimosas later and no food I canceled the order and left. Today, I went by to try again…doors locked, lights off (during “normal business hours”)
The combination of a great location & the potential makes it worth saving, but something needs to be done.

Such a cute place, and the meal was made to order. I was also impressed with the "homemade" pancakes. Everything was delicious. I will have to go back some time to catch the Irish music night.

Service was ok, but the food was terrible. Even the coffee and orange juice were bad. I'll never go back.

I have been about 4 times over the past 5 years because given its location and layout, I just want it to be good. It is unfailingly underwhelming. They never seem to have enough staff so you end up waiting for a long time to see a person trying to handle the whole space. The food is way too salty and overpriced. The pastries never taste fresh. Now they’re even charging a dollar for a glass of tap water! Gotta say, spend your money elsewhere. There are many better options near this place.

Just an a bad place all around really the food is old and disgusting the owner and his fling that run the place are just nasty people Jenny treats people like she's above everyone she's really rude and nasty I wouldn't even give this place a star there's a reason nobody wants to work there ! On top of all that the places is nasty they try to serve you old rotten food chicken past it's date just to make a dollar don't support them support a business that cares for their customers and employees

Although the burger was only “alright”, this was the worst restaurant experience I can remember having. I also don’t recall ever being moved enough to write a Google review. We were seated quickly, then it took 7 minutes until the waitress returned to take our order.Granted, the only two poor waitresses working were running around helplessly in a busy - but far from “slammed” - Friday evening dinner service. Staff up or stop offering dinner and close after lunch if you can’t support it. We ordered at 7:02 and had hoped that myself and my toddler would get our food in a reasonable time since you’re always in a crunch at 7PM with a toddler. At 7:30 I asked the waitress to please just box up our order so we could take it to go; this was already getting ridiculous. I had finished the beer I ordered and the waitress never returned once to ask if I’d like another or to even check in on us - not once. No refill for his water, no courtesy check, nada.At 7:50 when the table next to us asked what might be causing the delay in our food (they ordered immediately after us), there was no answer but a deflection and promise to find out.At 7:59, after our food was FINALLY brought out, I requested and received a comp, and walked out the door for the last time. I will never dine at the Clocktower again. When insisting that I wouldn’t be paying for the food, I was told - “there is only one cook working tonight, the waitresses should know not to send a bunch of tickets back at once”. I’m sorry, what? Not to sound pretentious, but that’s not my problem. Tickets come in when people come in to eat, that’s kind of how restaurants work.Dine here at your own risk.

Came in for a lunch and was delighted to be able to order breakfast food! Big menu, good food, and great helpful caring staff.

We used to come here a couple times per year and the food and service were always pretty good. Unfortunately, the past two times we've visited have both been pretty bad. A couple months ago, we stopped by around 12:30pm on a weekend, and the restaurant was only half full. We expected to be seated immediately, but instead were told that it would be a 40 minute wait because there was only one cook. We left and went two doors down to another restaurant that seated us immediately. We then visited again today, and I made sure to call ahead of time to find out if there was a wait. We were told that there wasn't (which was true for seating us), but they didn't tell us that they still only had one person cooking food, which meant that we ordered our food around 12:30pm, and didn't get it until almost 1:10pm. The restaurant was (once again) only half full, but they just had one server who was waiting on everyone in the restaurant. After 30 minutes of waiting for a couple of soups and three sandwiches, I went to the area near the kitchen, and I heard everyone in the kitchen just laughing and gave a great time while everyone in the dining area was patiently waiting 35-40 minutes for their orders. We even saw one group of people walk up to the hostess table, wait five minutes, then leave because no one greeted them.I wouldn't say that the restaurant has completely stopped caring, but it's pretty close. The review would've been one star but the waitress was very friendly to us. Otherwise, there's not much to praise.

6 sbars. Be warned fair mortal, brunch and lunch are exclusive. Should you arrive for an early brunch, the lunch options will be off limits. Luckily, the brunch options are terrific and the portions are generous. I even had live music. The bakery display is also an option.

Parking: Paid lot is a short walk from the establishment. However, it is free on weekends.

Received food poisoning. Called restaurant - was treated poorly and with exempt. After arguing with the manager over a legitimate sickness after having dined there, I was hung up on afterwards. Very rude, very poor service would not dine here again, would give zero stars if possible. Reported to local Health Department as is protocol in these type of situations.

This could be so much more than it was! Our waitress took our order. She never even brought us any napkins. When the order was delivered to our table by someone else, other than her, only one of the orders was brought out. We had asked for some condiments on the side and never got those. When we told the person that only one order was theirs, she went back But never brought the missing order. Finally, I went to the back of the restaurant found a napkin and my husband and I shared the one order paid and left. Worst service ever!
