I've just moved to the Florence Al area. and for some disgusting reason this store thinks it's funny to fly the American flag upside down. I find that offensive to our public servants and service members both active and retired. What's worse is that I contacted corporate and nothing has been done.

Went for lunch today. Not busy, 3 customers inside, 4-5 in drive through. We were ignored for several minutes before being acknowledged. Order was delivered including a white twist tie in the burger! Took it back to cashier…. Said “it will be a few minutes”. Brought burger to table.. “ here you are”! No apology, nothing!
Will not be back!

10/9 /2025 marks the greatest Cookout tray Ive ever had, in 15 years of eating cookout. Big double cookout style, 2 chicken quesos, sweet tea. To die for. This location is never slammed and has never once had gotten my order wrong, lived here for about 2 years

The management seemed to be changed, and that has greatly impacted our time here! The food has been hot and delicious, in which previously we were having some issues. This location is always clean, and drive thru’s are fast! Alexia is and has always been pleasant when we go there and very helpful! Thank you to her she introduced us to the pumpkin cheesecake milkshake, which is absolutely delicious! Highly recommend if you’re in town, or just stopping by to grab a bite!

When walking in, the first thing you see is a dirty counter wall. And the floor is dirty. Front door handle dirty. Unacceptable!

Nothing like working all day and wanting lunch or dinner just so you can pay upcharges for things that never make their way to your meal. Learn what veggies are or take them off the menu. I could order a kids meal if all I wanted was bread.

I went here for a late night dinner run with my fiancé. We just got home and this is how I received my food. Only 4 cheese bites and my burger is smooshed in the wrapping. This isn’t stingy this is ridiculous. Tried calling the store to see if it was a mistake and they shut all the phones off can’t even get in touch with them or customer service. Do better!

your fry cook melted the top of my container but I didn't realize until I got home so then I had styrofoam all over my food. tell me you don't want your job without telling me you don't want your job up until this point I enjoyed cookout this is the location in Myrtle Beach by the way I used to be a manager at restaurants a Manny's restaurant for 20 years I would be horrified if an order of mine went out like that I'll send you a picture of the container back you don't have that option

I ordered what have to be 2 of the worst hotdogs I have had in a long time. The slaw is flavorless, they omitted the mustard that the menu states comes with it and they are luke warm at best. Never again
