Unfortunately lately I have been somewhat disappointed in Cracker Barrel. I used to order a grilled chicken, bacon and cheese on sourdough bread so good! It is no longer on the menu 😢 For awhile they had tator tots as a side for breakfast no long available 😢 they have a broccoli casserole as an up side? I ordered the pot roast bowl and the casserole as my side, when I got my bill I was charged an extra $3.89 cents for the casserole when I asked why I was told it wasn't on of their normal sides so I had to pay extra, I can understand an up charge of maybe a dollar but having to pay for it separately at full price was very upsetting 😡 which actually meant I didn't get what my meal come with another side. The biscuits used to be like an appetizer now if you don't ask you don't get you are not giving an option. They no longer fix omelets for breakfast? I feel they are taking so much of the old fashioned food and your lucky if you get a good waitress but you can see a lot of them standing around starring at the customers? Not one of my favorites anymore 😢

food was as terrible as the coffee. Bacon was rubber, pancakes were white and fat. Coffee was water that i added cream too. Aweful.

Never ever eat meatloaf in this place. So many people have been sickened from this dish. Both my sister's got meatloaf and were vomiting and had diarrhea all night. My 80 year old mother ate something else, thank God. One of my sisters was so sick I had to take her to the hospital!

I love the old Cracker Barrel. But I'm not happy about their recent rebranding. You're destroying a big piece of classic Americana. It's such a shame.

We stayed there in our 26’ travel trailer overnight while traveling to Durham. Great hospitality. Love staying at Cracker Barrel.

I went to have something different and try a new place. We asked to sit in a quiet area. The hostess sat us in the main dining area which was very loud. Took long for the server to come to the table. I ordered the pecan stuffed French toast. I told the server I have alpha gal so I would like to substitute the meat for a non meat side. She said we don’t do substitutions. The other person in my party asked for a simple cheese omelet. She said we don’t do omelets. Yet online it said they said different! She brought us our food. I was finished eating by the time she came back to check on us and it wasn’t a busy night…it was Wednesday evening. So no substitutions, no omelettes, bad slow service=I won’t be going back! Very expensive for a small piece of French toast all by itself!!!

Our server, Tiffany, was amazing. We had good food and a great atmosphere. This is everything you would expect from a Cracker Barrel.

Senya was great and the food was delicious. Our server was super friendly and she checked up on us often. Supper was a nice break from the disaster that is I-81.
