After visiting this place a couple of times last year and finding a closed sign on the window, it seems it is now officially back open for business.

Cashier was great however, the other ladies behind the counter were extremely rude to the cashier and were belittling her everytime the cashier said something. At one point she yelled at her about a ticket mistake in front of the whole restaurant. Very hard to enjoy your meal when you are upset about the mistreatment of employees. Do better.

Was kindly greeted as soon as we entered. The gal that took our order was kind and patient with us as we ordered. Food was made quickly. Tasted amazing as well.
Parking lot out front with free parking.
Bathrooms were clean and well maintained.

Went to the newly reopened Firehouse Subs this past weekend. Wow..the new staff was awesome, everything neat & clean..and the food was plentiful and very tasty. The new owner,mgr,and crew.. have really stepped up and taken this Sub shop to a new level. Absolutely the best in the Valley. Great job !!

Pregnant wife cried because the store was closed. Saturday afternoon, website says open but sign on the door says otherwise.

We went there on a road trip and it said it was open online but when we pulled up there was a sign on the door saying they were closed. very disappointing.

Location is closed, has been for weeks, even though it appears open on the app. There has been no word from them as to when, if ever, they will re-open. They keep posting on their Facebook as if nothing happened, and as described before they can't even mark it closed on the app, and even on these reviews they are giving generic, auto responses to low reviews that don't even address the store closer.
