The two guys on the shift were more than welcoming. They were professional, the sandwich was neatly prepared and delicious. I truly appreciate their great hospitable nature. Well done!!!

Ordered through app and when I went to pickup the store was closed (BEFORE 7PM). Send in a complaint online to get my money back and have not heard anything back … that is terrible customer service.

I used to love firehouse. The service in Staunton is so bad. The food just does not taste good. This store has been struggling for a while and it’s all due to poor management. Don’t try to call and complain! They don’t have a phone! The worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Now I love this firehouse subs, I come here about once or twice a week, HOWEVER it is absolutely unacceptable to have a big sign stating your taking online orders and that not be the case, wasted 30$ and who knows if I'll be able to receive a refund

We love their subs. BUT, the last two times there was no ice available, the tea was almost empty and the sandwiches looked like they were thrown together. Both times we stopped it was around 4:30-5:00. My husband's sandwich fell apart because it was so thrown together. The one employee there couldn't even smile or say thank you. She was hard to hear because she didn't speak up. There were two sources of music playing. The whole experience was not enjoyable. We will try again but if there continues to be no ice we will stop patronizing that restaurant.

No ice, warm, flat soda for the second visit in a row…time before that the whole machine was broken…no sign or notification when ordering and PAYING for a fountain drink…no bottle sodas available as a substitute…this store is an absolute joke

I gave it a negative million all because of the owner he lives on my street. He is the worst person you can meet cusses everybody out for no reason cussed out the old lady next to him for no reason dude should not be running a Restaurant definitely should not work with people the way he treats people And his own neighborhood so I give the restaurant a -1,000,000% all because of the owner I will not eat there

I had trouble applying a coupon, and the staff not only went above and beyond trying to help me (and actually getting it done), but they were incredibly friendly about it at the same time. They interacted with us as if we were real people and not just some bots picking up an order. They made recommendations and checked back on us to make sure everything was perfect. I will definitely return - if only to get fries and a drink!
