I was going to this Hardee's almost everyday Mon thru Friday ordering an egg and tomatoe bisquit. This Hardee has been out of tomatoe for over a week now. I ask them why they couldn't go to food lion and get some and all she said was it was paperwork and corp. office had to approve it and etc. I then got a ham bisquit and the ham was so tough and the bisquit just fell a part, I am done!!!!!!!

Placed order at 7:05 pm didn’t receive the order until 7:30. There were only another couple waiting for their food. Fries were cold. Bathroom smelled of sewage. I spent over 50$ there the place was dirty. The employees were not friendly barely spoke. The only good thing is the food was labeled correctly with the wrappers

That place is dirty and the workers don't care how they look so I know they don't care if it's dirty or not the owner should be embarrassed how that place looks where you serving people. Come on do better than that.

Really bad, Roaches on the food The Hardee's is terrible in Staunton VA
I typically do not leave negative reviews, however today was beyond the pale. We entered the empty parking lot roughly around 3pm, meaning that there were no customers besides us. There were several people in the back and we were served promptly. We were disappointed at the lack of cleanliness inside the restaurant being nasty floors and unclean tables. We each ordered the $5.99 bag deal along with an ice water. The young man brought out our order about 10 minutes later. I had the Hot Ham n’ Cheese. The meat was cold. It looked as if the cheese had been melted at some point the day before maybe and the bread was not fresh. Basically, the HOT Ham n’ Cheese (both of them) were old and cold!! The fries were old, cold, and unsalted. The double cheeseburger was cold as well. The patties were aged and the pickles appeared decomposed. There were no lids for the drinks and no napkins available. If it had been one or two things, we would have let it slide. We eat there often for breakfast but through the drive-thru and the food has always been hot and fresh. It was just unclear to me that there was plenty of staff and at the very least we expected our food to be FRESH since we were the lone customers. The Hardee’s in Lexington always cook their food to order. The Hot Ham n’ Cheese are always as advertised….HOT and made to order. We were just very disappointed with the entire experience. We know that your staff can do better because they have in the past.
Was the only one in the drive through line because they were out of hotdogs, chicken, and ham and still waited 20 minutes for two burgers and two fries. The food was barely warm not even warm enough to melt the cheese on my burger! We both ordered doubles and both burgers only had a single patty. Second time being very disappointed with this location.

I want thank the the staff at this Hardee's they took great care of me. They were running behind with lunch but they took the time to get lunch ready. I am regular on Wednesday and have autism. They make sure I am good. Much respect and love to them.
