I’ve always enjoyed the quick service, even when they are slammed. Shout out to Alex for being polite always and taking quick care of me. I just watched him handle an unbelievably rude and threatening customer and he kept his cool the whole time!

The young man taking care of me was so overwhelmed with nobody to even ask for help. The mom in me broke down when he started to cry. I couldn't do anything but stop him for a minute and hug him and ask someone to help him out. My heart broke for this child. He's too young to hate his job. Kids wanna work but we treat them so bad. I'm ashamed to say I too am part of this problem .

I Rated this a 3 star because every time I go to this location for to get Breakfast through the Drive-Thru, there is always a line all the way out into the road. The other day I sat in the Drive-Thru line at Hardee's (out in the road in the middle lane, waiting to turn into Hardees) for 14 minutes until I finally gave up and went to the Hardees in Stuarts Draft.
