I’ll start by saying that as someone who’s worked retail & food - I HATE leaving a negative review. But honestly, some of the employees need some constructive critique.

I haven’t been to this location before, and I probably won’t come back. I was looking to try something new. I stopped by today after a long morning in CVille. When I walked in, I wasn’t greeted but asked, loudly, if I was picking up. I said no. Once I found the beginning of the line myself, I was simply stared at by a young man with glasses. No greeting, again. I told him what I wanted and requested a certain sauce, then was rudely told that they didn’t have that. (The sauce was actually the oil, I found.) So I said never mind, and asked for the closest thing he could do for the sub I wanted.

I made my way, feeling VERY rushed, through all the employees and checked out - getting subs and drinks.

The drink station was FILTHY. There was soda all over the floor and trash on the counter. Very clear there was a spill and nothing has been cleaned. I understand things happen - but plop a wet floor sign and get to it when you can.

To finish, imma just say these young employees need some more training in their hospitality, and communication. As someone who’s not been here before, I walked out pretty mad and dissatisfied with the customer service. We all have bad days, but when it’s multiple employees and affecting the atmosphere - it needs some work. On the bright side, the sub was good.

Ordered catering from here, wonderful service. I explained what I would be using the catering for and they recommended putting the toppings on the side. Worked great!

Disgraceful. After waiter a ridiculous amount of time watching online orders being made. My sandwich was taken for the person in front of me because they wanted a giant. Horrible service!!

I had a long day of travel back from a visit to New York on Father’s Day. To top it off, our fridge had broken, leaving us with no food at home. I was grabbing dinner for my dad who came to visit and requested Jersey Mike’s. When I walked in, I was greeted by a gentleman with glasses behind the counter who could tell I was a bit off. After hearing my situation, he said the meal was on him, which was an incredibly kind and generous gesture.

I left feeling truly grateful, and I will absolutely be back. Thank you to the gentleman at our local Jersey Mike’s for turning a rough day into a brighter one!

My fiance and I visit about once a week. We absolutely love this location! The food is always good and the restaurant is always clean. But they have some of the most friendly employees I have ever encountered. We will see you all again next week!

Dallon and Rachel are the best employees of any restaurant I’ve been to in years. Food and service are always on point at this location. Props to the manager, for hiring, training AND retaining good staff.

This is the BEST Jersey Mike's!!! From the food to the service and atmosphere, it's top notch!!! We had to provide a meal for a local sports team and Vincent was super generous in helping us out! We frequent this location and have never been disappointed!!! The food is delicious and the staff is so friendly and engaging!!! Keep up the good work!!!
