I stopped getting food here when they stopped delivering to my apartment complex. My complex is only like 1.5 miles away its crazy that a restaurant known for “freaky fast” delivery can’t handle such a small radius.

So disappointing. While the building itself is very nice and spacious, the staff was very unprofessional. My sandwich wasn't horrible...but service was slow and the employees who were there today around 1pm were terribly loud. I could hear their conversation badmouthing JJ's and saying that "nobody wants to work here, hell...even we don't want to work here". It was very unprofessional to spout off negativity about your company with customers sitting in the dining room. There was also a giant box of trash on the dining room floor where customers come in, an entire table was covered in delivery vehicle signs and catering equipment, the ladies room toilet was gross...the place just looked messy/unorganized. So unfortunate because I'm a huge JJ's fan...but I won't be a frequent visitor at the Staunton location. Corporate, if you see this, you might want to go talk with this franchise owner.

Stopped in Virginia to grab a bite on my way home to New Jersey from Florida , I walked in with my wife as soon as I got in a worker told us “the store is closed because the bathroom was damaged” it was 3:30pm and he also said “if you would like to order you must go thru the drive thru. He did not suggest anything as I told him it was my first time at the establishment what would be good to try. He was very rude to us and the sandwich barely had anything inside 1 piece of everything I asked for, as for my wife’s sandwich she got double everything which she didn’t ask for but I guess he enjoyed the way she looked. Very Bad experience
I'm guessing they stopped being fast. And when I called, the guy on the phone was extremely rude.

Took me a minute to find the drive thru but I'm so glad I looked around the building.. tried the unwhich with avocado, cucumbers, and turkey! Wow! So delicious and a huge portion! Also, the best pickles in town! Order a bucket for home, you will not be disappointed.
