Food ok , wanted extra crispy but they never have any ready was a 18 min wait so I got original , biscuits weren’t ready was one short of 8 so I told them to just add piece of chicken, don’t know if they did or not didn’t check, chick coating was falling off and soggy , been there several times in the past and same thing. Poor management , ok food and for the price should be better than it was.

There is a younger female that works here and has been there for a while, she is a very nasty person! She screamed and me over not understanding her and then as I drove off because she was scaring my toddler, she came out of the drive through window and continued to scream as I drove off! I had heard stories about her from other people but just never thought that they were legit! This is absolutely unethical and very unprofessional! As loud as she was and as comfortable as she is with it, she has to have family in management, because it is allowed!

I ordered barely 15 minutes after 1:00 p.m., Had I ordered the five-piece chicken tender meal, which cost nearly $15. I haven't spent that on lunch for myself in A LONG time. Thought why not.
The tenders taste like they've been there all morning. They're tiny! I feel like I got scraps!!
The drive-thru employee was very kind. Nice! The only nice thing about spending $15 on something so disappointing.

Was in there last week, ordered a meal and ask for a side of the new garlic honey sauce, the lady was rude and said I had to buy the meal to try it. Bought the peach lemonade and it was so syrupy that I walked over to the fountain to add more sprite to it, I was told no free refills on that drink ...I told her it was to thick and she said whatever!! The woman getting my food ready was standing there eating while bagging my order. Apparently she seen me and when she gave me my order she just dropped it on the counter and walked away.

Ordered about 30 mins ahead on the app to supplement our Easter dinner. Arrived on time, staff immediately acknowledged me when I walked in, food was ready to go, and it tasted great! I was pleasantly surprised as I usually don’t have the greatest experience with KFCs in general.
I cannot stand this place and I go way more often than I would like to because my kids enjoy the food I think it is always very overcooked the chicken skin is always burnt the meat is always dry the bowls are even dry. The staff act like I really don't want you in there and they definitely show it they are impatient when you are ordering they don't smile sometimes while you're ordering they continue to talk to each other like school children they are very loud and anytime myself and my children have been inside to dine the employees just us and carry on which does not make for a very happy and kid friendly environment. I would not recommend this location

Manager was a short black lady who served me hard tenders and when I drove miles back to the store she would not make order right and even refused to make drink which was also paid for. The way she handled it was smart lipped and attitude filled. Needless to say they will NEVER gain business from me or my store ever again. Sad how chains like kfc are going out of business bc of trash management like the one at Richmond Ave in Staunton va
