I don't understand how this restaurant is still in business, given the number of alternatives available in the area. The last time I attempted to patronize the establishment was the last straw for me though - I went by last Friday for a two piece meal, at 7:30 pm and was told it would be a 20 minute wait because they were sold out. This is a regular occurrence for them - they're either out of chicken or sides or biscuits, requiring ridiculous wait times, or the food being served is old and far from fresh. I've given them multiple chances, have ordered online, only to go through the annoying process of cancelling my order after arriving at the restaurant and being told there's no chicken available after the fact; I've had multiple orders missing items; and I've even shown up to the restaurant an hour before it's posted closing time to find it closed early.
If KFC wants to win back customers it needs to address poorly run restaurants like this one, with staff that clearly don't give a damn anymore, serving poor quality food, when there's any available.

Just off this location with one piece of hot wings and large potato Requested A pot pie, which wouldn’t be ready for 20 minutes. Oddly, we ended up waiting for at least that amount of time. The chicken wings were not fresh. They were overcooked and inedible.. I called and spoke to the manager, Julie, who said I would have to drive back to get a refund. Due to the distance, that’s not a possibility but I highly advise. Do not go to this location.!

I purchased a three piece meal,carry out on December 4th.Got home I received instead of a Breast,Wing and a drumstick,I had three hard dark drumsticks.Paid $13.24 cents for a terrible meal.I won't be back.

Every time we come through, even during peak hours, there is always a 30-40 minute wait. I do not understand, this is fast food, right? Instead of ordering the family meal for my family, I went across the way to Bojangles, got more for my money and did not have to wait at all. Came back to KFC for the fried pickles they are advertising to add to my Bojangles order, and was still told it would be a 10 minute wait. For pickles. Even tried to order ahead online and half of the options are not available. Genuinely just confused.

It's disgusting inside the girls working which are rude and there only ever two girls in there I find is weird they turn down anybody who wants to work and make it better.the food is blend chicken be old and nasty the place needs to be shut down completely they really don't work just talk the health apartment needs to make a visit.

The worst KFC EVER! Don’t stop here! Dirty and the employees don’t care about their service. This place should be closed down and reopened with new management entirely. Teach them from start to finish, they truly new Help! SMH… Staunton restaurant, yuck!! If you have time make the drive to Waynesboro’s KFC.
