Waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru and still got cold fries. Asked for sauce when we finally got our food, and had to wait a while again to get someone to bring it back to the window. Absolutely wild. Multiple cars drove away in front of us without even getting their food due to the wait. Hopefully they’ll figure it out on a slow Saturday night.

Love Long John Silvers. It's nice to know there is one in Staunton, VA because they got rid of the others that were in the surrounding areas. The Staunton location is the only Long John Silvers around. Thank you. I hope we don't lose that one.
