I went to this McDonald's and had to wait 20 minutes for our food. We were one of the only people in there and even after talking to the employee the continued to fill other people's food. I understand if they were busy or did not have a lot of staff but that was not the case.

Your order is never right.They do not close, at twelve, they close at eleven p m.They asked you to pull to the front of the line so they can keep there, drive through times short and then completely forget that you ordered food and you have to drive all the way back around and go through line again

Came for the Grinch meal. After getting in line they proceeded to only serve 1 side of the drive thru for 15 mins (I was blocked in couldnt change sides). Understandably took a long time altogether because of the Grinch drop. My issue is the beard hair in my food which made the entire experience a completely waste of time and money. Thankfully found it before it was in my mouth.

everytime i come here, i ask for extra onions, they give me none instead which is the very opposite of what i ask for. i would not recommend this mcdonald’s or the one located in Verona VA as they will also mess your order completely up. they can’t even get their fries right anymore.

I order drive thru and some guy who has the most difficult to understand voice tells me go to the second window. I do that: there’s nobody there. Then some lady comes to the window and is irate at me for following instructions and asks me to come inside. Confusing, defeats the point of a drive thru, and they were rude. Then I waited in line again, asked for clarification at the pay window and was yelled at by one of their coworkers. Don’t come here these people are too dumb to understand what 1st and 2nd window means.
