I order drive thru and some guy who has the most difficult to understand voice tells me go to the second window. I do that: there’s nobody there. Then some lady comes to the window and is irate at me for following instructions and asks me to come inside. Confusing, defeats the point of a drive thru, and they were rude. Then I waited in line again, asked for clarification at the pay window and was yelled at by one of their coworkers. Don’t come here these people are too dumb to understand what 1st and 2nd window means.

I went through the drive thru a few minutes ago and I couldn’t pass up leaving a review. I was asked to pull off into a parking spot and wait which took about 10 minutes. I completely forgot about the wait when the food runner brought my meal out to my car. She repeated my order to me, and was so bubbly and kind. She even had a little tray with extra dipping sauces just in case I forgot to ask for one(which I did). She couldn’t have done a better job. I wish I’d gotten her name, but she was running food at around 11:50. I hope all of the food runners are as positive and thoughtful as her!

Don`t go there unless you have plenty of time. Getting waited takes forever. I like the atmosphere and the food but the service needs work! Especially in getting to place your order in a timely manner.
