Disappointing that they no longer have their famous spoon bread. Menu limited. Would like to have seen a chicken offering other than chicken wings and chicken salad. It would be nice to have a choice of a baked or fried chicken dish with the option of vegetables. It was not appealing to see the ceiling tiles, either covered with dust from the ventilation or possibly black mold.
We stopped at one of the quaintest little restaurants in Virginia the Rowes Family Restaurant what a beautiful experience. It was like being in Mayberry with aunt B.
If you are ever in the area you have to stop in everything is home made.

Got tired of fast food on the road trip so stopped at Mrs. Rowe's. It was fast and friendly and delicious. My only reason for less than 5 stars was a limited menu. You can't blame a small place off the beaten path for keeping it small, and I don't know what I was hoping to get but maybe more sandwich options. The reuben sandwich was loaded and made perfectly. Id definitely try again and it is a great alternative to fast food. If I was hungrier I'd try the peach...
