This is the weirdest pizza ever. It’s bread with almost no sauce. I have never had a dry pizza like the bread is old or something. Cheese is very little and everything is just warmed up. It’s like a pizza made with left overs from your house. So weird.

I don't go to Staunton much but when I do we always stop here for lunch. The waitress up front is always so nice and accommodating. The food is always great.

After today, you lost a long time customer. The food is great. However, your customer service gets worse every time I’ve placed an order. Firstly, they tell you they are putting you on hold, before even letting you even get a word in. You wait 10 minutes to get someone rude to talk to. Every time I talk to someone on the phone, they interrupt you with “mhmm”, and constant “yeps”. Stop and breathe to let the customer talk. These are the signs of a very poorly managed restaurant. I try so hard to be patient, but the people I’m talking too just seem to hate their job and want to get off the phone with you. Nevertheless, you’re told to wait 45-60 minutes for your delivery. I’ve never had a delivery be on time. In fact, in a few instances I’ve had to call back and they said they forgot to make my order. This has happened twice in the past. Tonight, but i’m sitting on my front porch waiting for my delivery, because I’ve seen previous delivery drivers try to deliver my food to just about every one of my neighbors. I was surprised to see a car roll into my neighbor's driveway like it was his house. Music was playing loud, and there were two minor children under the age of 10 in the car. I watched the driver stay in the vehicle while he was on his phone, while a very young boy tried to deliver my food to my neighbors house. Keep in mind, there were no vehicles in the driveway. The little kid did not want to give me my order when I said, “Hey, that’s me”, they get my order messed up all the time. The kid was very scared approaching me, and the adult male driver made no effort to try and resolve the issue. I was polite to the child, as I knew the situation is not right. I left a small tip not because of anything right, but because I feel bad for the two kids tagging along with whoever this guy is delivering my food. I’m called back to the restaurant and spoke to another person who put me on a hold. I’ll and this with, I doubt anything is done about this situation. Hire some company delivery drivers who are vetted, have training and customer service skills. I’m assuming the restaurant pays DoorDash and Ubereats drivers whether a customer uses the apps or not. BAD practice. You lost me as a customer. I don’t care how good the food is. When you allow child labor, and it’s the same experience every time you place an order, I will take my business elsewhere.

Pretty good food, and kind employees. A lot better than Waynesboro's food.
We ordered delivery. The Italian Calzone had been ordered before with specific toppings which had NEVER included any sort of meat because of food allergies. The calzone did not have mushrooms or basil, but did have ham and spinach. The restaurant then LIED and said that all those calzones came that way when identical calzones had been ordered before and had zero issues. They refused to remake the incorrect item and refused any sort of refund. Save yourself the aggravation and go to Pizza Luca. At least they know how to make their orders properly.
ordered on-line & website took payment. they never notify me it will not be delivered or that it was a late order. they try to deliver the order the next morning, while at work. I contact the store to a rude lady who tells me its Slice's fault & call them. they say the opposite. i'm out of $30, including a trip. marking off both services for future use.
Restaurantji Recommends
I ordered a pizza through DoorDash and it took an hour and a half to deliver it 1 mile. And DoorDash charged me $.50 extra delivery fee for supposedly being 10.8 miles away. Not happy.
GREAT, GREAT, GREAT. Love the food and the service
Great helpful place I appreciate the management here
Ordered delivery, pizza and wings. Food was hot fresh and delicious. Wings were seasoned good. Lots of toppings on vegetarian pizza. Highly recommend
