We ordered delivery. The Italian Calzone had been ordered before with specific toppings which had NEVER included any sort of meat because of food allergies. The calzone did not have mushrooms or basil, but did have ham and spinach. The restaurant then LIED and said that all those calzones came that way when identical calzones had been ordered before and had zero issues. They refused to remake the incorrect item and refused any sort of refund. Save yourself the aggravation and go to Pizza Luca. At least they know how to make their orders properly.

ordered on-line & website took payment. they never notify me it will not be delivered or that it was a late order. they try to deliver the order the next morning, while at work. I contact the store to a rude lady who tells me its Slice's fault & call them. they say the opposite. i'm out of $30, including a trip. marking off both services for future use.

I ordered a pizza through DoorDash and it took an hour and a half to deliver it 1 mile. And DoorDash charged me $.50 extra delivery fee for supposedly being 10.8 miles away. Not happy.

This place is woke as a joke.. still wearing masks serving you and on top of it we bought a slice of pizza and 2 sodas and ate it outside the establishment under the covering of the plaza. There are no garbage cans outside in the plaza so we took the garbage back inside to throw away and the screamed " no you can't bring anything from outside into the restaurant" I said " I bought this here are you saying your food is contaminated or something?" They would let me throw it away.. This people is the biggest epidemic on this earth NARCISSISM. Mentally ill people liberal and woke serving your food and making up lies that don't exist! God knows what they do to the food there.. I will be telling everyone of this joke of a restaurant and make sure they don't go anywhere near it..

Jennifer, our server is also the manager. We have never, ever gotten a bad meal or poor service! She is top notch, remembering all her "regulars" and exactly what they like! Always friendly and cheerful, she takes pride in what she does everyday which is so refreshing! It has become our favorite spot since moving to Staunton. The best steak and cheese in town!
