The products here are health oriented and the owner is very friendly. There is also a lot of organic and local produce. I recommend everyone to come here for their local shopping needs and the food is very delicious as well. They also have freshly roasted coffee.

Great, friendly service! Nice place to get a snack, coffee or a meal. Their fresh baked goods are fantastic.
Enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and the Sat. brunch is really good. The coffee is pricey though.

Nu-Beginning serves the most delicious coffee/lattes and hot breakfast you’ll ever have the pleasure of tasting, not to mention their customer service and kindness to the community is outstanding. if you’re looking for a local grocery shop with fresh made baked goods and delicious coffee to feel at home, you’ve found the right place!
Not much produce. Food bar was old, food wasn't appetizing. Not as much choice for vegan.
Fantastic outfit, both for groceries and prepared foods. Lots of local and organic options. If you feel so inclined, add a little to your total for their “pending board,” which is contributions to feeding the homeless and hungry in Staunton. Great folks, great store.
A wonderful place with wonderfully kind people. The food is local, fresh, delicious! The owner, John, is very kind. And the garden out back is beautiful and a lovely place to read and enjoy their lunch deals!
