Papa Johns Pizza

They are and have been so short staffed for the past 6 months or more. Higher up should send them some help by now. Hire. Someone. It should not only be two people running the store every night, let alone on a weekend. Love papa John’s but guess I’m going to dominoes for better quality food and less of a wait.

Dominos was closed on Christmas Eve so we opted for Papa John’s. All toppings are in the middle and the pizza overall is a disappointment.

I'm lactose intolerant & a lot of places won't make me a cheeseless pizza. Not only did they but it looked fantastic & tasted just as good

The pizza is always delicious and correct and the employees are very friendly...but I wish they would stop using door dash for their deliveries. One driver brought their dog with them on the delivery, and walked their dog on the lawn without picking up after the dog. Placed an order last night and the delivery driver had to call me a few times because the door was locked..... I left the door code in the delivery instructions. That's happened a few times where the driver has called me because the door was locked, even though I gave them to door code. Does door dash not pass on delivery instructions? Either way, I wish PJ would go back to using their own delivery drivers. Also, when door dash delivers the order, it takes almost twice as long to get to me.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. Found metal in my pizza. Wife contacted store and went to show them what I had bitten into. The manager said oh that looks like a piece of our pan like it was no big deal. Told my wife they would refund the money and that has yet to happen. I understand things happen but I'm completely unsatisfied how it was handled by Papa John's. I wish I had taken a picture of it to give better visual but was in chewed up pizza.

Probably the best of the chain pizza joints however tell me why I have a coupon for 2 pizzas for 25 bucks but the total is 47. I will say the employee was super sweet however she was overwhelmed and the only one there at the time. In her mist of trying to hurry she pulled my pizza to soon so when I got home to eat it it was soggy and just blah. However this isn't the case all the time but for $50 for 2 pizzas you would think they would be better.

Pizza and cheese sticks were dry, tasteless, and overcooked. Ended up throwing them in the trash.

I got the best pizza from here last weekend!
Lots of sauce and toppings. We love their Buffalo wings and brownies. Our delivery driver was awesome!

Today I happened to grab dinner from the Staunton Va Papa Johns. Brandon and Todd were very welcoming, professional and neat with their food preparation. I look forward to visiting this location again. Cheers! -

I am standing in the papa johns on Greenville and they have angry music extremely loud to the point that I could not hear the person at the counter and had speak loudly to be heard. Not sure how this is somehow acceptable these days!?

Ordered a pizza for delivery. Not only did they deliver to the WRONG ADDRESS, but then when we called to find it, we were asked if we could "walk over to the apartment it was delivered to and get it ourselves". Of course, it wasn't there. No pizza tonight.

I would give half a star if I could. I placed a order last night and it was getting picked up by door dash I called right after I placed it cause I wanted more of the hot peppers I spoke to the manager she said she would put extra in the box. Both pizzas had one pepper in each. It use to always get two but yeah one pepper in each. I called back was like hi I called about the extra peppers in the box for the door dash order I placed and u could instantly tell she forgot. Well I told them I guess they forgot. Customer service sucked so bad. You had one thing to do to make ur review a good one but yet you didn’t care

I ordered via Uber Eats earlier tonight. It accepted my order yet did not deliver because it did not have a delivery person available. You took my money and refused to refund. You proceeded to tell me it was out of your control. What a disgrace. STAY AWAY.
