If i could give them a zero star i would, i ordered a 55 dollar order at 11:19 for delivery and the app stated that they would have it delivered at 1215 well 1220 i tracked the order and it had been cancelled without explanation i called the store and got told they hadn't even started my order and i wouldn't have it until 1 and that they didnt have anyone there to cook any pizza. this place is a joke

The pizza is never good from here! I used to order Pizza Hut frequently before moving to Staunton. Now I only order if I am out of town. This Pizza Hut needs to shut down and retrain before opening again!

To the franchise owners of this location, please take some pride in this location and the staff you have working on behalf of this chain. Today I went in and there was legitimate trash and a pizza pan on the ground near your oven and prep area. Even worse and what has ended my patronage was one of employees who just cut a pizza proceeded take her vape device out of her oversized hoodie and vape right next to the pizza!!!! What is happening at this location. Do better!!!

Ordered a pizza on line, went to pick it up and they were closed. The hours were changed and there was no indication on line about that. Even got a message the pizza was ready as I was going to pick it up. Did call pizza hut and got a refund.
I ordered pizza and wings and they never delivered my food. I then called to get a refund and still have yet to get a response. I would love to know where my money is because this is getting ridiculous.

I wouldn’t know bc I never received the $40 worth of food I had delivered. Ordered on the 10th and today is the 16th and still no refund, no email, no attempt to contact me after multiple phone calls/emails etc. sad.

I wish I could give zero stars that's how horrible the service was and how we were treated. Ordered a big dinner box added cheesey bread. A $60 order. They messed up dinner box. I had one rectangular pizza and a round pizza. Forgot my order of cheesy bread. Call up to the store over 5 times before any one would answer. Spoke to a woman and she tried to blame the door dash drivers, because they no longer have delivery drivers. She proceeded to tell me they did not have a manager on duty. She was completely incompetent and had the nerve to tell me she would give me a $10 credit on my next order. Never offered my cheesy bread. I had to tell her I don't want a credit I want my bread. She told me there was a two hour wait on delivery. I had to go pick it up mind you the store isn't even lit up and it's pitch black outside. After I called customer service they told me the female I spoke to was in fact the manager. Absolutely horrible. At this point if they cant do any better or find better management they should just shut this crap hole down. Save your money or just order from dominos!! 🙂

Pizza hut is hard to beat. I grew up eating pizza hut pizza. I wish there were more dine in pizza hut restaurants though.
I use to get pizza from here all the time the manager was awesome and decided to let us have free Garlic bc we went so much buuut she hasn't been there lately when we go and the dude that works nightshift decided that we have to pay it and it doesn't matter what she said so now we gotta pay it's not a big deal but he put our money for the Garlic in his tips and I don't like that so I stopped goin there. Ik it's a dumb reason but idc
