We went for lunch with our kids and were instantly greeted by Alejandro, this guy is awesome. He totally sold us on how amazing their food was, suggested with great alliteration what to get and gave us recommendations of what to do around town. We had two to the happy kids plates with cheese burgers, both kids loved them and their little toys. My wife and I shared a Remedy, Ballard Burger and Loaded Fries. Everything was delicious. We will definitely be returning our next time in town.Kid-friendliness: Alejandro instantly engaged with our kids and made great suggestions for their meals.

In our Easter weekend getaway to Staunton, we doubled back from the outdoor Frontier Culture Museum back to downtown Staunton to visit Remedy for lunch. They have a nice drink menu of well-priced cocktails (I got their twist on a Moscow Mule) where we went the night before and then decided we had to go back the next day for lunch. (Next time we’ll make it a point to go to their sister restaurant The Green Room for more drinks!)The veggie burger is a smashed broccoli and cheesy patty which works well with the vegetarian burger and the toasted sesame bun. The Remedy sauce is nice and creamy and the fries were a home run. Nicely salty and crispy. My only regret was not getting the truffle fries which is on my list next time. Super friendly and welcoming staff and you can order via app or via staff. We didn’t wait for a table and they had us in and out in 30 mins (and even gave us some ice for our cooler on our road trip home).10/10 would come here againVegetarian options: The have veggie burger patty and fries. I guess you could also not have them put the meat off the wedge salad

I could not give 0 stars. The reason is we were seated in the window and forgotten about. Got water only. Counted 3 other tables waited on ahead of us. We knew they came in after because we were sitting pretty much in the front door. As we were just passing through, we wont make this mistake again and hope to help others from wasting time here.

They have some of the best smash burgers I’ve ever tasted. And they have gluten-free buns… that’s always a plus. And their french fries are delicious and they are gluten-free also. And no one would ever know because they are delicious.This is my new favorite place to eat. And everyone that works there is so friendly and so wonderful and they remember your name when you come back even for the second time.Dietary restrictions: I have celiac disease, so I have to be very select at where I eat. They are so accommodating.

Delicious food. Prompt friendly service. Looking for a craft cocktails? … Having been to several places in Cvlle. I’m happy to have found a place locally that has amazing cocktails. Loved the interior design. Slight downfall were the high top chairs with no back, uncomfortable, after sitting a bit. It does get loud inside. Yet still enjoyable and tasty!

'Seven Bites & 4 Napkins Later...'Order: Make my own burger... Potato bread, bacon, red onions, tomatoes, and yellow American cheese.Like the title says...I wasn't disappointed. The bread was toasted, BONUS!! This burger looks and is, was good ..no, great to eat.Each bite had everything that was on it. I knew into the 5th bite, I should have ordered two. This is the type of burger you have at night, but you ordered two... You sit down to enjoy a movie, with something to drink at hand. What's missing? French fries. Brain wasn't thinking, just thinking of a burger with bacon. Oh, yeah there was an ample amount of bacon too.A Suggestion: Can you please think about making the container the burger comes in out of Pineapple Cheesecake?After I had made my order online, I asked myself how come I couldn't add mayo or ketchup. When I went to pick it up, the bag was sitting on this counter and condiments were placed on a shelf above. I forgot to get a menu.Man, I really enjoyed that burger. I want another one.

Their sauce is boss (don’t come for me, Sweet Baby Rays). I topped it on my bacon cheese burger and fries, didn’t waste a drop! I had a small side of fries— they came out piping hot, seasoned generously (and beautifully), and were perfectly crisp.More notably, the staff were friendly and attentive. I brought my baby in his stroller during a rainy spring day and it was too wide to clear the front door. Multiple staff members assisted in opening up the double door, with smiles on their faces! They made this new, rain soaked mom feel seen and taken care of. Thank you!
