Big fan of this local spot! Pizza is excellent! Cheesy bread is a fav! Staff is always friendly and attentive. Cool vibes, great ambience! Love when they have local musicians entertaining the crowd! Owner is usually walking around and checking on guests. They regularly support local non-profits! Good people, good place!

As usual the food was fabulous! The service was quick and fun. The music was loud and some of the song lyrics were not appropriate for young ears. Overall a fantastic experience. Great place for good pizza and wings.

Great food, couple of local string pickers playing some good tunes, and our server was very friendly and attentive. I don't go out as much as I used to because of social anxiety but I felt completely relaxed at this spot which for me is far and few in between so the atmosphere was to me, warm and inviting. Not too many places full of people I feel that way in, so very well done Shenandoah Pizza! And thank you for a great dinner.Parking: Limited street spots but there are various parking locations to access local downtown businesses throughout.Kid-friendliness: I had my 5 year old with me and she rather enjoyed her food and the guys playing their guitars.Wheelchair accessibility: Downtown I all sidewalks with on and off ramps and just a slight lip off the sidewalk to access the restaurant.

It's been three years since I first stepped foot in this restaurant and let my friend order me the Staunton Steam. My mind was blown; easily the best pizza in the states. My friend from New York says that's not the case, but she's lying; she's from New York. We've made a tradition coming here every Friday since. The staff is always friendly, fun, and excellent, and there's always a variety of beers to choose from. To add to it all, the walls are always decorated with new art in support of our local artists. Shenandoah Pizza is the greatest restaurant you'll ever find, and it's my favorite part of this otherwise amazing little city of Staunton, Virginia.I mean, uh, this place sucks. I'm going to Brick's.

Vegetarian options: We had their Umbau pizza which was loaded with vegetables and came out nice and hot. We especially liked the little chunks of fresh garlic on the pizza. There were other vegetarian options on the menu but we were there for the pizza and that was all we ordered other than drinks. Service was excellent and we will definitely return if we’re in the area again.

I got a pizza for take out. I’m not a huge tomato sauce person so I got a white pizza. The Pompei was great! It was creamy, cheesy, and well seasoned. The garlic and Italian blend added a lot to the tang of the cheese. Their pizza by the slice also looked great. Stop by if you are in town.
Pizza was good! However there was a member of staff there who was clearly very intoxicated. Not professional by any means. If I knew the owner I would make them aware.

Staff were quick to check on us despite being understaffed and seated us quickly. Staff member came and took our drink order in a timely fashion, especially considering it was during what would be considered the lunch rush and they appeared to be understaffed. When asked for a suggestion on which wing sauce they recommended, they were extremely helpful and provided an excellent suggestion. We opted for the taphouse and mild and were please with both! We also ordered the a pizza with meat on only half and the pizza came out piping hot and delicious to our specifications.Definitely would recommend to friends and family. We will be back with our kids to get their approval as well on the pizza and apps.Vegetarian options: Able to make many dishes vegetarian.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly food options.

I’m a bit astonished at the reviews for this place. We were craving pizza and wanted to try it out. We usually head to Vito’s in Harrisonburg or Bella Luna but we’re in Staunton for the evening.Upon entering it took 5 minutes to be seated as staff made eye contact many times. We patiently waited. Once seated it took over 15 minutes to get our drink order. Ok they are busy… we ordered hot wings and fried pickles. I will give them those, I thoroughly enjoyed those and will give them 4 stars alone.Then comes the pizza…. Being a pizza place and the high rating I was expecting something delicious… the crust was like Papa John’s and Dominos had a baby. Thick and chewy and almost uncooked feeling in your mouth and overtook the flavor of the toppings. The topping I will say were unique and good, I assume that is where the higher ratings are coming from?Lastly, we had 6 in our family… we are a larger family but I’ve yet to ever have a tip added to my bill automatically.. that was new for me (and we eat our 1-2 times a week). I usually tip at least 20% if the service is good, but this service was lacking and I would have dropped it to 15% for that.If you like mediocre pizza this is your place. The toppings being unique does not outweigh the awful crust (and we had 3 different pizzas to rate this from)My entire family (ages 5-35) stated we have no interest in going back.
