This is a gem of a Starbucks! The most wonderful barista in the world works here. She is whip smart, hilarious, and helpful when figuring out what to order. She put us on to another (better) version of the chai latte and we've never looked back! 🙂 We always stop here on our way through Virginia for delicious refreshment! Thank you, Staunton Starbucks team!!!

Stopped before getting back on the road after an overnight stay. The lady taking our order was very nice. Good service, quick drinks made. Clean atmosphere. Convenient location.

We stopped by on a trip through the area and this was one of the cutest sweetest Starbucks. It was clean and the staff were friendly AND my drink was made perfectly!!

I love this Starbucks. The employees always greet me and are so friendly - especially Stephen! Their drinks and food are done quickly and always taste great. This location is my go-to Starbucks!!

The guy taking orders was awesome very kind and personable. Whoever's making the drinks however probably shouldn't do that anymore. I got two lattes one iced and one hot both taste like water.. added cold foam to my iced one And when they handed me my drink it was overflowing on the lid pretty sure I ordered a venti and they gave me a grande and the hot latte half full but no foam and definitely taste it like stright water Also got a grande caramel ribbon crunch that was watery all around and had not much flavor. Normally our drinks are on point at this location I don't know what happened today.

Tried to leave another review but.... redemption lol went back today coffee was on point. Got Cafe latte triple shot.... delicious. The young lady at the window had great customer service. !!

Usually get my Chi Latte here, Staunton location. This morning it was not what I was expecting. My tea was the flavor of water. I usually get it made with milk only, should have realized when I seen the young lady putting water in the cup from the side sink it wasn’t going to be right. I guess I need to a verify it’s made correctly before I drive off. Doesn’t matter if I have to hold the line up. On my way to work unable to turn around to get it taken care. Usually it is very robust and has a tingly taste that I like. Today did not make it. I expect better.

Me and my mom went through the drive through and i was getting just a cake pop, she got the peppermint mocha frappachino. The person taking our order was hilarious! He asked if we wanted to know what he recommends and my mother said no and he acted so sad 😂. He said sobbingly “i just wanna be heard” and i replied “Me too!”. I asked and the guys name was “Steven”. Wonderful guy, great service, deserves a raise!
