Don’t be fooled by the nice interior. This place is terrible. The service is not the best. The drinks are even worse. I wish I was kidding. They’ve been open for about a year. I would hope that the drinks got better. I have been disappointed every time. I’ve been here like seven times. I think I’ve been satisfied once. I don’t like this place. I swear to god they are rationing the milk as well as the sweeteners. Something needs to change. Go to the one across town on Richmond Avenue instead. But if you wanna be upset about your drink come to this one and waste $10. (Btw there’a supposed to be nonfat milk in my drink)

The double cup is dangerous and incredibly environmentally wasteful. The top of my coffee was not on and hot coffee spilled on me and my belongings as it was handed to be through the window. Starbucks do better- you are literally DOUBLING the waste.
Not to mention, my butter croissant was a muffin.

I cannot even express how hellish and cruel the employee was acting towards me in this location. First time visiting and I get a very condescending and incredibly evil/hostile greeting. This girl probably doesn’t even have friends. Never returning to Starbucks ever again after this experience. Didn’t even order anything, completely walked out after that. Do not come to this location.

Thankful for this location, especially after having a rude experience today at the other Staunton Starbucks. The employees are always kind and my drinks and bakery goods are always delicious. I am a smidge obsessed with the lavender drinks and the chocolate croissant. I usually go around 6pm because I work nights and I always have a quick trip. I love being able to place mobile orders. Balancing being a full time night shift worker and a mother of two toddlers is a challenge so i’m happy to be able to count on this location to always be polite to me, even if I accidentally forget to put drive thru instead of in store. An employee at the Richmond Ave location made sure I knew she was inconvenienced because she “JUST” put it on the counter like I marked. I apologized with no response. When I thanked her when I picked up my order, she just rolled her eyes and walked away. My croissant was stale somehow. I never have anything remotely close to this experience at the Lee Jackson Hwy location so I am thankful and will stick to this side of town from now on.
