The workers there need to learn how to read the special instructions 3 times in a row now I have ordered tuna subs both 6 in subs made completely different to get them made the exact same ask for no cheese on one and no sauce for them to make a footlocker sub with cheese and nasty sauce cut in half I will not order here anymore

Slow service. Waited in line for 15 minutes before my order way taken. Store is clean. The woman at the cash register didn't wash her hands after dealing with money and only grabbed gloves to make sandwiches. Store is in a gas station. Very limited places to sit. Over all, it's okay. Just slow.

The older woman at this store that claims to be a manager lies. She said can't tell people if open for Easter due to people will think open if decide to close. She also puts cold drinks and chocolate chip cookies in with people's hot food. She claims all of this is company policy which is a lie cause I called customer complaint number.

Terrible place. I've tried ordering multiple times online and one time they purposely shut it down 3 hrs before close so u couldn't order. And another time,they don't have ANY bread. How can u possibly be a subway and have no bread in stock. Just have the crappy new flat bread thats as thin as a piece of paper. Ridiculous

NOT SURE WHATS HAPPENING TO OUR AREA BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTANT. IVE PUT 2 AND 2 TOGETHER AND FROM OBSERVATION WE HAVE BEEN TAKEN OVER BY INDIA! AND THEY ALSO PURCHASED ALL THE BURGER KINGS IN THE AREA! NOT TO MENTION THE SHELL STATIONS...ALL OVER THE AREA. ITS THINGS TO COME. ITS BROUGHT ON BY OURSELVES SO DEAL WITH IT. BUT THE MCDONALD'S IN STAUNTON AND WAYNESBORO ARE JUST AS BAD. I DONT PATRONIZE ANY OF THE CHAINS. IM TO SCARED TO EAT IN THEM. SO SOMETIMES I DO LIKE MY MOTHER DID WHEN WE WERE KIDS. BUY A PACK OF LUNCH MEAT N A PAK OF BUNS.....SAFER CHEAPER AND I KNOW WHERE MY HANDS HAVE BEEN

After Cheryl and another employee found it funny to be rude to my 17 year old daughter last night by leaving her standing while they smirked and laughed, then leave basically all meat off my sandwich I decided to go back in today and speak to a manager because I’ve been visiting this establishment for years and we’ve never been treated so poorly. Upon coming in the establishment and attempting to speak to the manager I was met with resistance. Carol Riley told me there were “three sides to every story” indicating I was lying. I requested a refund and I was told I had to drive back home and get the sandwich so she “had evidence to show her boss”. I accidentally forgot the sandwich so I drive back home and get the sandwich that was not eaten and return it so she could have the evidence ? how ridiculous, right!. I could tell the manager lacked any training as a true manager. She never apologized for how my child was treated, instead she threw it back at me and somehow made it my child’s fault. So, I asked for the owners name so I could follow up to ensure this would never happen to another child and was told by Carol Riley “she wasn’t allowed to give me the owners name and the owner has requested that she not give out his name that’s why her name is on the door and he didn’t put his name on the door”. The level of unprofessionalism and accountability is astounding at this location. I was in my car leaving and Carol found it necessary to come out to the parking lot and start arguing with me. It didn’t matter what I said to this incompetent manager she had an answer even if it was a lie. ?‍♀️ spare yourselves and avoid this store.

Woman in front of me was incredibly picky (exactly 1oz of this sauce and 1/2 oz of that one, 3 pickles no more no less....that kind of thing) but staff was patient and polite.
They made our (easy and non picky) subs quickly (though neglected to add any napkins to the bag)
