The lady with dark black hair and glasses is very rude she has no business working with the attitude she has I called to cancel my order that was placed online by mistake at wrong Subway she told me no it already can't cancel it I asked for corporate number she said no corporate number and as I was still talking she hung up on !! Yes I went there and the subways I ordered cause I wasn't gonna be out of my money get the subs get home the bread is so hard we can't even it eat .so that was waste of my money and my time.. I'm so 😡😡😡 .asked for manger name she wouldn't give me no information this place needs to be shut down or she needs to be fired point blank!!!

This is usually the subway I go to and the other day I was out of town and ate at a different Subway and ordered my usual The BLT footlong sub. I was shocked by the amount of bacon on the out of town BLT compared to the one I usually get at the one on Greenville Avenue. The out-of-town BLT had bacon on it that I could actually taste. The one on Greenville I get three pieces of bacon. I'm paying $12 for a BLT sub and I get three pieces of bacon. That can't be right. I will be going to another Subway to get subs from now on.

For the first time in 4 years that I lived in Staunton Virginia. I came to Subway tonight couple of minutes ago. I am disappointed with the treatment I received from the lady who assisted me and I hope that this reviews would go unnoticed from Subway management. The lady was rude and looked at me in a mean way and she started talking in her own indian dialect to the guy who is preparing my food and that is very unprofessional and rude. I am already exhausted at work and I was so hungry plus the service that I received was so crappy. How I wish people would be more nice and kind and management would hire people who are committed to provide a good customer service. I even leave them a tip to brighten their day but there was no customer service at all and I will not recommend the Staunton branch for the the bad atmosphere and service. It would have been nicer if they atleast smile and not people mean. @subway

THERES A 2 WAY MIRROR IN THE UNISEX BATHROOM!!!!! I went to the unisex bathroom(which it's also weird that they only have a men's and unisex bathroom and not a women's) that was the first red flag. Then when u walk into the bathroom on the left side across from the toilet there is a full body mirror in the middle of the wall. And it was at an odd height and length and there was already a face mirror in the bathroom which was suspicious. Then I put my fingers against it and found out both mirrors in the bathroom ARE TWO WAY which usually means there's a weirdo on the other side watching. STAY SAFE
