We ordered through the app, paid extra for steak instead of chicken in the cantina chicken quesadilla, didnt get the blackbeans and rice side I ordered, didnt get any sauce packets including the 4 avocado Verde salsa packets I paid extra for as well as the Diablo and mild sauce packs I requested. I ordered a confetti cookie freeze and didnt get it, we got no straws for the drinks, and when we called they said we had to go through the taco bell app which takes 3-5 business days to respond. Then they said we could go pick it up but we ordered delivery for a reason. I gave a 20% tip, it took over an hour to be delivered and the food that we did receieve was cold. I dont blame the driver he was waiting at the restaurant for a while to pick it up and it was sealed. Look, I work in a restaurant. Things happen or are overlooked but at least refund me for the things I paid for that I didnt get.

Went through the drive-thru and placed a $32 plus order for 3 people. Got it home and out of the 3 orders, only 1 was correct. We ordered a crunchwrap combo, this was correct. Next order was for the 3 soft tacos combo, this one was incorrect. There were NO soft tacos. We received 1 Doritos loco taco and 1 cheesy roll-up and no third item. The last order was for the Discovery Luxe Box, there was NO Chalupa Supreme and beef dipping burritos instead of the chicken. Very disappointed with this order. Not surprised though because this location has a reputation for getting everything wrong!

Every time I go here, the fryer is shut down 90 minutes to two hours before closing, so there are no potatoes or fried items available. This didn’t used to be the case, but over the past six months it’s happened consistently, which is very disappointing.

On multiple occasions, the sign and lights are turned off as if they’re closed, yet if you drive through, you’re told they’re open but only doing the bare minimum. I’m not sure if there has been a change in management or staffing, but the experience has gone downhill. Unfortunately, this is no longer my go-to place.

If you go before 8 pm it’s gold but after that do not bother just go up the street to Wawa. RIPY my late night Taco Bell

Placed an online order for in-store pickup. when we arrived and the lobby was locked, we called the store and a young man informed us that the lobby was closed due to weather, but we could come through the drive thru to pick up mobile orders. We checked and saw that the payment had gone through and the money had been taken from the bank account. When we pulled up to the speaker, not even 2 minutes following aforementioned phone call, a woman on the other end of the speaker told us that the entire store was closed and she had no way of getting us a refund for the food they could not provide, and when we explained that we had just called and been told to come through the drive-thru, she refused to answer and would not provide any more information. This location lacks staff training and helpfulness, is technologically inept, and has had issues with multiple previous orders.

This is hands down the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I tried to order in drive thru and they told me they werent taking any orders because they were too busy. There was one car in drive thru. I went inside and they were even reluctant to take my order there and told me they had a lot of mobile orders and only 3 people on the line. Uh... what?? This place was disgustingly dirty on top of it. Do not go here!

Me and my boyrfriend went to the drive through, the girl at the speaker was rude, really weird, and literally IGNORED some of our order and when we tried to correct her she ignored us again and tried to move on to the next part of our order. We were like what ever she got most of our order so its fine. But then when we got our food they completely messed up my drink and they forgot my fork (the food i got is supposed to come with a fork and is too messy to eat with hands, especially in the car) so my boyfriend went in to try to get them to fix it and they didnt even acknowledge he was there, even though he was standing right in front of them, so he just left. Just to clarify at no point were we rude to them, my boyfriend was very polite (more polite than i wouldve been thats for sure) and i kept my mouth shut cause i knew if i said anything it wasnt gonna be nice. This place needs to train their employees better or something cause theyre rude, bad at their jobs and honestly some of them just act plain weird.

Bunch of teens were working, barely making it through orders from who knows when. We had a mobile order and the kid just kept saying “we got you” every time someone gave him a name(and then nothing happened). He took his buddy’s order no problem, but couldn’t be bothered to check on anyone else’s order. We waited 20+ minutes and ended up canceling our order because my husband was going to be late for work.

Whole staff was so amazing, food was so hot! The food was the best Taco Bell I’ve ever had and on top of that a specific special lady named Renee was absolute sunshine! Made our day so so amazing. We were upset about the app not working well and disappointed we had to walk in, but so glad we did. Hope she gets every raise she can get

The service was fast, the staff is super nice and friendly. Honestly the crew here on 10/24 are all amazing workers and they are the nicest team Ive encountered at this taco bell. Thank you for the amazing customer service!!
