Went to order and they had a sign posted “no ground beef for 30 minutes.” I asked one of the workers if that was for real. They said “yeah, no one made it.” Unreal. Taco Bell with no ground beef. And it was going to take 30 minutes.

I would give no stars if I could. Food was great, but hard to eat. Service was flawless, but hard to eat. Atmosphere was ambient, but hard to eat. To worst part, is it's going to be even harder to poop. Love, max

I hate leaving bad reviews, but this place sucks. I’ve never received the correct order in at least the last 5 times going here. Items always missing. We’re human, it happens, but it’s literally every single time. When you call to speak about the missing items, management acts like you’re stupid and simply offers no sympathy or replacement unless you’re able to come back the same time. Not to mention, if you happen to go by there after normal dinner hours, they intentionally take 10 plus minutes to answer the speaker at all, clearly hoping you’ll go away. People at the dumpsters smoking when you pull up at night time, as fast as the have the food there’s no way they washed their hands upon going inside.

They never have anything advertised on the menu. This last time, they didn't have any carbonation, so no sodas at all. They also didn't have any of the special/new items advertised on their menu board. They are always out of Baja Blast and Baja Blast Zero, too. I have tried so many times to give them a chance and every time I have been disappointed.

Waited an hour and a half to get 2 quesadillas and a cravings box. Three managers in the building but noone asked why the lobby was full of people waiting for food for over an hour. Every visit to this location is terrible. Missing food, no soda, incorrect food items, broken drive thru speaker, long wait times. Needs a complete overhaul in management.

Food was hot, service was prompt, and atmosphere was great! Our order was taken by Lizbed who was very friendly and went above and beyond, she even offered my 3 y/o a free cinnatwist while we waited for our order to be complete!

Until my past two visits, this place was great. Last visit they messed up my order severely. However we all make mistakes. I understand that. Now on to this visit, food was plain out disgusting. I hate writing bad reviews but I will when needed. This place gets negative 5 stars. And you can look and see I don’t give out many negative reviews.

it was so amazing the cheesy tacos and the coke and everything they glaze Taco Bell about is so just good if I went there and pooped up the bathroom in my work area again to make my boss suffer it would be cool I love the food and ads for Taco Bell it’s just such a great place I DoorDash my self this a lot because of how wonderful of a place could be with food and service and the place
