Ordered on the kiosk, waited approximately 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. At that point an associate came out to tell us that they were out of chicken. Also out of Baja blast zero. This is a continuous issue at this location and I don’t feel that we should have to wait this long just to find out that they don’t have what they need for our order.

I do like some of the employees I've dealt with here! But I never know what my burritos are because we get 3 different kinds and they aren't labeled differently. So we have to open all of the burritos and try to figure out whose burritos are whose.

Went through the drive through and the sweetest girl was at the window. My food is absolutely amazing… Like i’ve never had fast food this bomb in my life. potatoes were fresh in my spicy potato soft taco and for once there was enough sauce. Best Taco Bell i’ve ever been to honestly.

We had an issue with the kiosk not taking our credit card. Waited at the counter for quite a while before someone helped us. Once we paid, it took over 20 minutes to get our order. The food was good. They forgot two of our tacos but made them quickly once we let them know. Definitely wouldn’t go again because of the time it took.

I've never had a good experience at this taco bell but it's the only one close.They just slap the tacos together and it's always a mess eating them .They never have any mild sauce and are rather rude if you ask them for napkins.The price is way to much for the way they serve things out thru the drive-thru.Dont do near the business that they use to.Parking: Greenville Ave Staunton VA.Plenty of parking on side and front of building
Ordered online and picked up via drive-thru. Employee was nice, but I got home and realized they shorted me several burritos. I called them from home and they put me on eternal hold immediately. Terrible service!!! Go elsewhere!!

Great service and customer service was very friendly, but we specifically asked for several sauces that weren’t included and several were stuck together with grime.
Food was great, the kids enjoyed the treat, and all specialty items were perfect. Couldn't get front counter service, had to use self order tablet. Very small parking area.

I would not recommend going to this location. Their customer service is lacking and the wait times are less than favorable. Employees will look at you but fail to acknowledge your existence. To top it off, the managers sit at a table in a corner conversing, and do not assist their staff.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! They couldn't get any orders right even after they tried to fix it. Girl in the drive thru was extremely rude and was only worried about clocking out . Many people were inside trying to get their order right or waiting for a very long time to pick up orders. And that night after me and my son ate there, we both were sick through the night. Do not not recommend at all now when we used to actually love eating here.
