The new Tropical Smoothie near Pizza Hut in Staunton has the BEST employees! Gianna and the rest of the entire staff have been amazing, kind and respectful every single visit! They make my smoothie just right every time and always give me the last lil bit for my 2yr old niece. Thats customer service! Went to this Tropical Smoothie on 08/14 at 5:50 PM and our server Gianna F was amazing. She and her coworker greeted us, brought our smoothies and food to the table, and everything was tasty… honestly this is probably the best experience in a tropical smoothie.
I go to the same Tropical Smoothie on my lunch break maybe once a week. Today they were the busiest I’ve ever seen them. I’ve worked in restaurants/bars for the past 6 years so I was patient and understood. There was a few rude/very irritated customers as I stood and waited for my pick-up order. The workers still kept their composure and went as fast as they could in the stressful situation, which seemed to have been going on ALL MORNING. I was the last to leave from waiting...
