I ordered the All-American meal so I could taste most of what the restaurant offered, as it was my first time visiting a Waffle House. The food was good overall: well- cooked with simple preparation as expected. I ordered the blueberry waffle instead of the plain one and was disappointed to find that there were no blueberries, but rather a blue- colored blueberry- flavored additive. It tasted OK, but wasn't what I was expecting. The menus don't give descriptions, so I had no way of knowing. Service was quick and friendly, but our orders were repeatedly mixed up or wrong when delivered to us. The server maintained a great attitude throughout, even when faced with several mistakes.

Waitress wasn't very good. Had to remind her to bring the waffle I ordered, and still never brought it. Never came to check on us and see of we needed anything after getting the food. Table beside us got 2 waffles, still never received mine. Had to have it removed from bill.
Very very poor staff and service. We weren't even greeted. We just sat there for 30 minutes and no one even came over. The employees all stood behind the counter talking and doing nothing that's for sure. Everyone else had food, we made eye contact with workers when we came in. No excuse that no one even tried to give us service. Do better.

This establishment, just like every single one in America maintains the highest standards that empower the franchise to be one of the most consistent ones in the country.
