Waitress wasn't very good. Had to remind her to bring the waffle I ordered, and still never brought it. Never came to check on us and see of we needed anything after getting the food. Table beside us got 2 waffles, still never received mine. Had to have it removed from bill.

Very very poor staff and service. We weren't even greeted. We just sat there for 30 minutes and no one even came over. The employees all stood behind the counter talking and doing nothing that's for sure. Everyone else had food, we made eye contact with workers when we came in. No excuse that no one even tried to give us service. Do better.

This establishment, just like every single one in America maintains the highest standards that empower the franchise to be one of the most consistent ones in the country. Our server was very attentive, friendly, and we couldn’t be happier with our food.

Funny atmosphere very enthusiastic crew. All the food was cooked too little. The hash browns were under done, waffles were doughy, and the egg whites were running. Must be a new location still trying to get in the groove.
