Was at McDonald’s on Alyor Road in Stephens City, VA last night. Had set in line for 20 to 25 minutes. We snaked our way around to find they closed at 9:00. Employees still inside they could’ve came out to the customers and said something was wrong. With some reason they had to close early. They did none of that. I will never go back to this place again and I just live right down the street.
Has to be the dirtiest McDonald's I have ever been in. You and smell the stenchwhen you open the door. The floors an tables are not clean and don't look like they have cleaned all day. The men's room is atrocious, the urinal doesn't look like it has been clean in years and doesn't flush.
We ordered a fried chicken sandwich and what we got looked like a dried up hockey puck, black in color. We took it back and they told us that is how it is supposed to look. And gave it back to us. Never going there again.

McDonald's has improved their fries, no longer burnt, and still charges extra for sauce. The remodeled and expanded drive-thru now features 2 lanes to handle traffic more efficiently, along with new windows that make ordering easier. The wait locations to pull ahead and wait for food are better placed and safer for cars to pull in and out. The parking lot, entrances, and attached semi-trailer truck/RV parking area have also been redesigned for better accessibility. The friendly staff ensures a perfect order, and the Big Mac was well-prepared, with good portions and presentation. Although there is still an extra charge for sauce, the improved food quality and friendly service make it a worthwhile stop. However, the bathrooms can be unkempt and sometimes not working, which is unusual compared to other locations. Overall, the restaurant offers good food and quick service, and most issues are related to people not respecting the facilities.
