Great coffee and wonderful service
The music volume could be turned down a little. When there were so many people in there it was hard to hear who I was speaking to.
Quick and efficient service, clean sitting area

Starbucks Coffee Company is a popular spot known for its friendly and professional staff. Customers appreciate the consistently good food and drinks, with some mentioning that their orders are always made correctly. The baristas, including those named Christine and Natalie, are often recognized for their friendly, patient, and knowledgeable service, even during busy times. One location is noted for its beautiful, sophisticated setting near I-81 on the outskirts of Old Town Stephen’s City, making it a pleasant place to visit. However, some issues have been reported, such as long wait times for sandwiches, especially when not busy, and occasional delays with mobile orders not marked as “ready.” Overall, the staff's attitude and quality of drinks make it worth visiting, despite minor operational hiccups like order accuracy and service speed for certain items.
