i have been coming here since i was very young, and it never misses. the lady who runs it is always an absolute angel and never fails to brighten your day. the ice cream is the best in the world and i will stand by that forever.
We love this shop!! We grew up in manassas and our favorite ice cream shop closed and the swirl cone tastes just like it! Very friendly staff and cute little back part of the shop plenty for kiddos to do.
