Don’t eat at Arby’s often. Rarely actually. I always do have a pleasant experience when I do. I placed a order online to take advantage of online deal they had. Was able to get my order on time. Food was fresh. They even gave me free small curly fries along with my order.

Ate my food in the parking lot and came inside to ask for a refill on lemonade. I stood at the counter for over 15 minutes and several times made direct eye contact with the employees as well as ask for anyone. I got fed up and decided to try the drive thru since they were clearly catering to that instead. Nobody understood English. They all were standing around asking each other what words meant and asked me to speak Spanish. I don't speak Spanish.... This is America. They eventually handed me a refill of the wrong drink. I politely tell them what drink I had again. Now the Spanish workers all become enraged and try fighting me. -100/10. I will NEVER go here again

As a paying customer buying a roast beef sandwich meal, and getting what i wanted didnt happen. I asked for a classic roast beef sandwich with pickles and the person taking order, had to keep adking what i wanted, couldnt understand him politely told me he could not add pickles to that sandwich because They could not add them to the classic roast beef sandeich. I paid full price for the meal and got no fries and no Dr Pepper. Needless to say just bisitingbhere but i thought it rude that they advertise pickles on the menu screen on other sandeiches yet he could not add them to mine? I even offered too pay for them but just got frustrated with him and ended up not eating it. I will not ever visit thiscArby's again. Nor any back in Pennsylvania.

Normally I have good service here, even when they are busy! Today service was awful ?It seemed that I was completely invisible to the lady at the cashier. She ignored me totally for about what seemed like forever ( 10 minutes or so).No smile, no greeting and definitely no I'll be with you shortly!!!! I understand that you get busy but at the very least acknowledge folk's and say be with you shortly ?

Arby's is my favorite fast food, so I was excited when this location opened nearby. But sadly it has been a disappointment. The first two times I came here, they would not accept the coupon that I got in the mail. This past time, I didn't bother trying the coupon anymore and decided just to pay full price. There was a long wait and then they got my order wrong - twice. The person at the counter was friendly, but his English was bad and he didn't ask for clarification. I decided to just eat what I had instead of trying a third time. I think I'm done with this experiment, and will go back to driving the extra distance to the Arby's in Lansdowne. I never had any problems there. I do have empathy for the owner, I know it is tough to find good staff these days. But for now unfortunately I don't see the point in continuing to go here.

It's not busy.... Service is awful. Food tastes good.... But took almost 20 minutes to get. Time you clean house and get the A team in here. People need their roast beef sammiches!!

Edit: I am very glad to see other have had the same experience of waiting 15 for 20 mins with poor customer service, even from MONTHS ago and has been an on going issues, all the owner is seeming to do is reply the same thing, and nothing else is being done about it. Not training staff to have the basics of customer service understanding or etiquette.I have never written a review before, but this experience was just unacceptable and not the first time I've had slow service with the drive thru at this location.Service for drive thru is terrible. Waited in line for over 20 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me and end up leaving without ordering.The first car, waited at the speaker to order took about 10 minutes for someone to ask the guy what he wanted to order.After then the next car in front of me pulled up to the speaker, she was there for 10 minutes without anyone even saying a word on the drive thru speaker, so I decided to leave. (I had my window down so could hear everything) unsure how long she was still waiting after I left.I actually did time this because I was on my lunch break with a 30 minutes timer set, by the time I decided to leave my timer was at 19 minutes.Poor customer service on their part. I understand they could be busy or understaffed, but how hard is it to at least acknowledge you have people at the speaker of the drive thru, saying "hello, I will be with you shortly we are a bit busy". Having people wait 10 minutes without saying a word is just unacceptable.Also the first car who it took then 10 mins to get too. He was still in the drive thru window as the second car waiting for his food (so 20 mins had past and he still hadn't got his food)
