I always like the lean roast beef rather than the greasy hamburger, however Arby's has been adding too much salt lately which is not good for my blood pressure. Also Arby's roast beef sandwiches never had lettuce, tomatoes or pickles so I usually brought the sandwiches home to add those ingredients on my own before consuming them.
