This is one of the best restaurants in Loudoun County, hands down. I get a new appetizer every time I go, and each time I am thoroughly impressed at the quality of flavor and ingredients. The malai kofta and paneer lababdar are heavenly, a must try. We have begun to go so regularly that the staff recognize us immediately, place us at our favorite table, and remember details of food allergies and are highly accommodating. The owner is incredibly kind and greets all of his customers, the wait staff is super attentive, and the overall atmosphere is relaxed. This is a must-stop for Hindustani food in the area.

Bravo Chef, Amazing food!! And the restaurant does not get nearly enough patronage for the pure artistry and talent chef has with his ability to balance heat and flavor.
With the a looming schedule my family/ table reluctantly decamped, assured we had been absolutely spoiled by the food and service.
Whilst in the interim of my graduate student gloomy days, I often long for Chefs spicy curry. I often think of the zinging taste of fresh spices amid how the Chef was willing to take the time to talk to me about how he makes one of his curries.
I miss the opportunity to have access to such talent in spice and heat balance while away at graduate school. This meal has certainly been a bright spot for both my tastebuds and memories.

-The restaurant also has raised seating (‘up stairs’) and ‘ground level seating’).
-Tables: possible to fit a manual wheelchair under their tables (I’d estimate from my prior experience that the table might be tall/ chest height.

Banaras Express was an excellent experience for all of us. We had Cheese Butter Masala, Dal Tadka among other items. All were good but the two I mentioned were excellent. We throughly enjoyed our time here. Thank you!

Recently we visited this resturant really i felt this place is friendly also food was too good we orderes malai kofta garlic naan momos chicken briyani sehezwan fried rice tawa chicken etc really its too good i would suggest this place for food and this friendly environment also i missed my card here they really good they kept safely after 2 weeks i went to get it

I had been craving paranthas all day and decided to visit another popular paranthas spot, only to find it closed. Desperate to satisfy my craving, I searched for restaurants serving paranthas in the evening and came across Banaras Xpress. What a delightful discovery! The parantha was absolutely delicious, and the hospitality was top-notch. As I sat there enjoying my meal, I realized I had actually been to Banaras Xpress when it first opened. I liked it back then, but with so many options around, it slipped my mind over time.
A small suggestion for the team: consider offering weekday specials—like a ‘Monday Special’ or other weekday deals at a nominal price. It would definitely encourage foodies like me to visit more often. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I’ll be back for sure!

I recently visited this restaurant for the first time, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. We ordered Malai Kofta, Momos, Chicken Biryani, and Garlic Naan, and every dish was incredible. The Malai Kofta, in particular, stood out—rich, flavorful, and simply delicious! But beyond the food, what truly made the experience special was the warm hospitality. The staff's attention and care made us feel so welcomed and valued. It’s a place that not only serves great food but also leaves you with a heartwarming experience. A must-visit for sure!

We went to check it out as this is one of the new Indian restaurants in our area. The food and service were so good , we ordered Afghani chicken tikka as appetizer and rajsthani laal Maas as main course, both were so delicious ,and service was great as well.
