Had an excellent time dining at Broderick Cafe. Excellent food, top-notch service and just a brilliant atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I usually get Indian food here twice a week for lunch when I can’t step out of the office. usually it’s great but the past 2 weeks the Biryani was mushy, with no crispy bits, butter chicken I ordered the day after wasn’t cut, giant dry and bland pieces. Chana masala was also dry. I wish there was more consistency in the food.

The food is good, good portions for the price. But the service is... Not great. I don't know if she was having a bad day or what. But I came in all smiles, please and thank you like I was raised to say. But she kept cutting me off, rolling her eyes, slamming things, completely ignoring my presence. There was another guy he at least got a your welcome. This was on a Monday at 12:35. So if the owner is reading. Might want to give her a heads up on the basics of customer service.
Update* I woke up to a great response from management! As a rule anytime a business takes the time to respond to a review showcases a great customer service. As such I have updated my review and raised the customer service from a 1* to a 3*. I truly believe the staff was having a bad day and the food was very good with good portions!
