They have so many options for anyone that has an allergy or sensitivity as well - and you can't even tell ... thats how good they were!

We ate at JW's Fish and Biscuit, and it was FANTASTIC. My fried whole red snapper was crisp and flavorful. My husband had the shrimp & cheese grits. The grandsons had wings and waffles. Every bite was terrific, made to order and piping hot. All our sides were delicious too. What's in those biscuits? Lordy, they are tasty!! The guys greeting and cooking for us were so friendly and helpful, answering questions and checking to make sure everything was just as we'd hoped. We don't make it down this way often, but it's well worth a detour if we're anywhere nearby.

Recently we ordered a cake for my son’s graduation party and it was perfect! Just like the picture I sent in and a few months ago they also made a beautiful birthday cake that was an alpaca just like the picture I sent. Dennis and his team are so easy to work with and easy to order online. Love this local business and their talents for making cakes!

So it's February 21, 2025 and my best friend from nursery school turns 63. We've been hanging out for nearly 60 years but I am in Colorado and he is in Reston Virginia. His wife is working too hard to make a cake so I decide I'm gonna find him a cake I look up who the best cake people are and I come up with Chantel's bakery.. As soon as it opens, I dial and little do I know, but it's the head guy chef Dennis! At the last moment he makes me an unbelievable cake and has it delivered to my buddies house. Everything goes great and the cake is beautiful and my friend says it's the best cake I've ever eaten in his life and his beautiful wife says the same thing! It wasn't for chef Dennis. It would've been some lousy cake from Whole Foods I guess.. I can't wait to visit and stop in and grab another cake. Thank you so much chef Dennis you are the greatest.!!

Two words: diabetic cupcakes. As a recently diagnosed T1D, I always thought desert that didn't spike my glucose was out of the question. Well, Chantel's Bakery fixed that right up. My wife surprised me with the seasonal apple spice diabetic cupcakes — they were delicious, almost to the point where I didn't believe it.
I froze them to make them last and they were just as good unthawed as they were fresh in the box. Chantel's clearly cares about its clients with their sugar sensitive offering of baked goods.
We're getting another round of the double chocolate diabetic cupcakes for Thanksgiving.
