Food was underwhelming and not fresh at all. Ordered fajitas and wasn't asked how we wanted the steak cooked and it all came out in under 10 minutes. Queso tasted like it was out of a can. I don't want reheated food for the what they charge. I can see why they were so empty when we dined.

Title: Disappointed Again at Chuy's
I had high hopes for Chuy's, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing once again. This is the second time they've messed up my order, and it’s hard to overlook. The first time, I shrugged it off, thinking it was just a mistake, but repeating the issue made me realize it’s a pattern.
I ordered their Black bean and CHEESE BURRITO dish, expecting the usual delicious flavors, but instead received something complete different
I really wanted to enjoy my meal, but the constant mix-ups have soured my experience. I hope they can improve their service because the food has potential, but I won’t be returning if this continues.

Absolutely AMAZING Service from Gerson! Gerson provided us with outstanding service from start to finish. He gave our table his full attention, constantly checking in to see if we needed anything and always ready to help with a smile. He was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding truly going above and beyond. The place definitely needs more people like him. If we could give more than 10/10, we would. The food was alright, but service was horrible. My nephews food came out wrong and then it took almost 20 mins to get it back out. He is a 2 yr old toddler so having him wait that long to eat when everyone else is, is really sad. A kids cheeseburger shouldn’t take that long. When asking for to go containers we kept having to ask for more. She came back with a box and forgot something else. She also forgot his dessert. She was friendly, but did not come around for refills and the service just wasn’t great. For a $80 bill you’d expect better.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful, from the hostess (didn’t catch her name, but it’s the one who owns a Yorkie), our waiter Herson, and the manager Paul. They went above and beyond for us and our dog and we were very grateful. The food was ample and delicious, as were the virgin piña coladas! 👍

I really don’t understand how every order is always missing something. Every time I call to inform them, but the service doesn’t improve. I’ve decided I will no longer order or eat here. It’s for the best anyway, food is unhealthy.
