I went into the store last Wednesday. Two young girls, names of Lydia and Catherine gave me excellent service. One of blonde hair and one had black hair. They immediately started conversation and created a positive atmosphere I could feel comfortable in. Earlier that day, I was feeling upset, and this ice cream was the perfect pick me up. Please ask for these two young ladies!
When we went we had a couple of quality issues. We ordered two love it size specialty ice creams and one specialty cone. The cone was incredibly stale like it was days old. Our first cup of ice cream came out like soup so we had it remade and when it came out the second time our two identical orders had very different portion sizes. The girl making them seemed new and like she hadn't received proper training. The only thing that saved the experience for us was Levi's...
