Tuesday lunch. Food was cold and wrong. Coffee was great. Service very poor. Very long wait for food to arrive and then arrives cold and wrong, and it wasnt even that bussy.

We ordered the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes with a side of Million $ Potatoes and Farmhouse Hash with a side of Million $ Bacon. Drinks included coffee, Morning Meditation, and Mint Mocha Iced Coffee. Service was excellent. The food was amazing, plentiful (leftovers for another day), and reasonably priced. (We liked not having to pay the Leesburg food tax when dining at the Leesburg First Watch.)
A definite winner and new dining venue!
Update: After multiple visits the food and service remains 5 Stars!

The service quality at the bar has gotten worse every time I've gone. Only spoke to the waitress twice: to take my order and to ask if everything came out ok. Never once refilled my coffee or asked if I needed anything else (I did want more coffee and a water). Not even a thank you for coming in. Good food will only do so much

I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at this First Watch location. As a person of color and someone who wears a hijab, I did not feel welcomed or treated with the same courtesy as others. The host and manager both had an attitude from the start, and it felt like we were being dismissed rather than greeted. My party of four was taken all the way to the back of the restaurant, despite there being multiple open tables in the front that could accommodate us. When I asked politely if we could be seated in the front area instead, I was told those tables were “already reserved” for others who were still on the waiting list. Not long after, those tables were given to white customers who arrived after us. It was hard not to notice the difference in treatment. When I brought this up, the manager was rude and told me that now that I had moved closer to the front, we would have to wait longer to be served as if it was a punishment for speaking up. This experience left me feeling singled out and disrespected. I won’t be returning to this location, and I sincerely hope they take a hard look at the way they treat guests of all backgrounds. Everyone deserves to feel welcome and respected when they go out to eat.

It was my second time going to this place and everything was good but it was just the server was hurrying us up. It made us uncomfortable and we had to eat fast and leave the place. Hopefully next time they are not like this because the place is a great place to eat.
