The food is great. Today life happened and sevel mishaps took place. My sausage didn't come out with my plate, my coffee cup was filthy, and then I got a bunch of coffee grounds in my clean coffee cup twice. But through it all Andre maintained his composure and delivered excellent service through all of the mishaps which truthfully, helped me maintain mine.

I have been several different locations of First Watch but first time visited here recently. The atmosphere was great and the server was attentive but there was no one at the counter to pay when I needed to leave. I know that nowadays people use their phones to pay but still it would be nice to have the option . The quality of food was disappointing. I ordered the work (omelet), some reasons the omelet didn't taste good. Also breads were stale. I thought it was only me but...

Dropped by on a weekday morning for breakfast and was impressed with the staff, but not the food.

Initial impression - restaurant was very clean and seemed well staffed for the time of day. I was seated quickly, and a server came over shortly thereafter with a carafe of coffee, offering me a cup, which I accepted. She then took my order and left the carafe, which was a nice touch.
