Best pizza in nova, no contest!
We visit Crooked Run Brewery occasionally after work for happy hours, to decompress from the long week, etc. we went today and saw that the old chicken and biscuit place co-located there is now J&J Pizza and Wings. I can’t speak to the pizza, but those wings were FIRE today!! I got the DC Mambo sauce. Big heavy breaded wings. Good amount of sauce without over doing it. THEY. WERE. FIRE.
This is an interesting place. J&J shares space with Nectar cocktail bar at the Crooked Run Brewery. The pizza is very good. I'd give it 5 stars for the Elote pizza (trust me, you have *got* to try it), but I've never had anything else, so I can only say the other food looks very good.
