Sus and team did an amazing job for our wedding of about 75 guests. We did something different, everything was like mini/items/grab and go/heavy hors d'oeuvre style with no formal seating. Mini shrimp and grits that she found mini tiny black crocks to put them in, mini chicken and waffles with toppings were hits but everything was complemented on. Sus and her team at Maison Culinaire did a great job for us on a large catering job. We needed a total of 500 boxed lunches, split and delivered to two different places each day for seven days. They did an outstanding job providing a variety of delicious items and arrived early every day. Customer service as great too. Highly recommend them for your next catering job, whether it's small or big!
