McDonald's in Sterling

“Clean nice and quick BUT !! And I speak on early morning around 530-6 am there’s a specific manager that needs fired every time she’s there it’s best you leave they’ll serve you old hard bagels and or even the steak will be overcooked and hard/dried up and this ain’t cheap like and when you say anything to her she yells back at you like having a complain about your food or drinks NOT Allowed and she knows who she is so go ahead and LIE I got it on all on video!! Today she tried to give me a lager orange HICI and it was all watered down. It to mention it was a quarter missing the employee in the window refused her demand as asked if I’d like something else !! I got no clue how they hire people to manage like this but it’s amazing when other managers are on duty place is great“

“Just your average McDonald's, but unlike all the others I've seen in this area this one actually has the ketchup dispenser working at the condiment center.And a soda fountain and ice dispenser is functional, and they have straws napkins and cup lids out.They do not have other things like spoons porks salt and pepper you need to ask for that.“

“These are some hard-working folks. Every time I used the drive-through, I'm greeted with a smile, that alone is a good reason to visit this location. Oh! I forgot to mention, that it's never a bad idea to check your order before driving off.“

“Just stopped, it is 9pm on 6/28/24 and we did not catch the name of the 2 men working but they gave the best customers service I have ever had at a McDonald's. Food was hot and fresh. Thank you both! I feel it is important they get the registration they deserve even though we do not know their names.“

“This is definitely one of the best mcdonalds I've been to.
They always get my order right for example taking out the cheese and onions. Service is on point and always clean.
The only thing I would improve is to have someone at the register quicker when a customer is waiting. And for better deals i would recommend using the app.“

“I orders a pack of 3 cookies and ice coffee only for the guy to repeat my order and not actually put it in correctly I paid for my items and I get to the pick up window to be told they weren't rang up and he was not going to ring them up where I was he told me to go back around I asked are u serious he said in a nasty manner no im not and you can go . I told him I will never go to that Mc Donald again I will report them and continue to until management and service is done better“
