Service is usually quick for drive through, not so much when I've gone inside. The food is always hot and fresh, but my order is almost always wrong. The toppings on my burger are usually wrong, and they occasionally forget sauces.
I don't know if it was the mobile order app but my collection of the order threw this location into a tailspin. They asked to see my mobile order at the 1st window and the attendant stared at it like the screen had cast a spell on her thus putting her in a trance like state until I asked what was wrong. She then direct me to pull to the next window where I assume the manager met me and asked to also look at my mobile order on my mobile. Oh, my order wasn't ready and...
