The Starbucks Coffee Company at the Countryside Marketplace location is a great place to study and hang out with friends. The vibe is great, and the staff is always welcoming. The baristas are super friendly, authentic, and easy to talk to. One barista, in particular, was a genuinely kind and magnetic person who provided amazing customer service and went above and beyond. Another staff member was very attentive to a family. The recent renovations make the place more open and inviting, and the decor is beautiful. The location also has a drive-through. A popular drink is the iced sugar cookie latte. However, some visits have been disappointing. On one occasion, the baristas were really loud, yelling and joking with each other nonstop. Another time, it took exactly 20 minutes to make a tall drink while the place was empty of new customers, with five staff behind the counter. On a positive note, once a breakfast sandwich was not heated through, but the company refunded the account. Many baristas know regular customers' orders and preferred ceramic cups before they even order.
