This McDonalds is fine but like most fast food places there is over attention to the drive thru customers as opposed to the customers standing at the register waiting for assistance.
This is an exemplary McDonalds. We come here way too often, multiple times a week, and the staff is always friendly, efficient, and best of all, accurate. I think they’ve made one or two mistakes in about five years, which when we think about it is incredible for almost any line of work. 20260906 #1 hello kitty toy today. Food was hot. 😋 Employee here was very nice. They charge 60 cents if water is selected. The Herndon location doesn't do that. 😱
