Last time I was there, I had to wait 40+ minutes to get fries. And when we spoke to the person that was working there, they told us this is not a fast food restaurant. The attitude was rude and very unprofessional. The food is good, but the service is horrible. We also ordered a burger, which took over 40+ minutes. The only thing that took 20 minutes was Falooda.
Food tastes great and there's a decent amount of options. The place itself is nice with the store being clean and maintained well. The accessibility could be a little better though cause pathways are fairly narrow and the tables/chairs are very high and kinda small.
Drove 45 mints just to try the Falooda, and it was absolutely worth it! The taste was pure authentic Pakistani flavor, the atmosphere was lovely, and the customer service was excellent. I’ll definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family, and I look forward to coming back to try more items from the menu.
